While wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]/VLC combo, I do all my kegels from the phases. So I am wondering what benefits I am getting from doing it this way instead of doing them without wearing it? Seems like it causes about as much pressure in my penis as a cough does. I would think it would be good to kegel blood into the penis while wearing the combo, but it never hurts to ask anyway. What do you think DLD/guys?

I think it's great to do. I've kegeled in the past stretching manually and I've always felt it give a stronger more beneficial kegel.
Well if you Kegel enough you will exhaust the pelvic floor muscles and be able to add length to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]. So lets say you are wearing it for four 30 minute sessions and you Kegel through all sessions each break you take you should be able to add more length to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] through the micro-adjustments at the base and maybe even a bar added. AFyter training you will be fatigued big time so girth work will need to be strategically planned to fit in when you have returned to good erection quality.

It's the way I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I always have to put the cones on first since my penis shaft is still short, it's easier that way, then I slip the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] base over the cones. I do have a larger [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] cone from 2012, but it's broke now, and it just barely fits thru the base hole. If your cut and have no foreskin at all, you can still make it work by sitting up and leaning forward while putting on the cones. That causes the penis shaft to retract a little but leaves the skin baggy around it and that's still how I put on the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] cones.
