What's up guys. Quick Introduction here. I'm 18 years old just graduated out of highschool and I'm ready to put in some work into my PE journey.

So I started PE right after my EX-girlfriend cheated on me. I remember measuring myself at 6 inches about a year ago and now I can easily get the ruler and hit 7 inches erect.

Basically my goals as of now is to get my penis ready for "college" where I'll be exploring the deep seas. LOL. If I can get an inch within the year of 2014 I would be pleased.

Stats:
(ROUGH ESTIMATE)
BPEL - 7 INCHES
GIRTH - 5 INCHES

Routine:

Hanging 20lbs 1hr-2hr daily
Pumping everyday 5-20mins depending on my penis.
Stretching my penis throughout the day as hard as I can whenever I feel like it. Ex. When I go pee, while I'm on my computer, whenever I'm somewhere alone, ect ect.

I know there's been a-lot of controversy between pumping and hanging but I like going outside of the herd. So one day I was like "fuck it" I'm gonna experiment with this and try it out to see how badly my penis fucks up. What I've found out, based on my penis is that by hanging I bring a load of exhaust on my penis. So by pumping afterwards to I get an amazing inner penis stretch and I really feel like this will give me great gains if done regularly. Obviously I don't jump from hanging and then pumping. I usually hang during the day and I pump when I go for a shower which is usually around midnight. So there's a 6-12 hour gap right there. But still the stretch it amazing so I will keep at it and see how my penis reacts.

ANYWAYS enough rambling here's my penis picture. I don't have a ruler picture because I honestly can't keep my erection if I try measuring it and making sure my camera is on point. So I apologize about that.

I'll update this thread once I feel like new gains have come ;) this is a new routine that I will be working hard on day by day so I'll keep you guys updated.

Welcome to the Brotherhood Anthonyhi! You will find that many of us practice hanging and pumping, especially [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words] Pumping. My advice right off is to take some solid measurements so you know exactly where you are starting and from there set up a solid routine that we can review for you. You are starting above average so you will be ready for college and the extra size will not hurt! Once you give us more specifics we can coach you on your routine and progress.
 
Good luck. I was also reading about problems w/ pumping and length work. Was just mainly under the impression that one shouldn't go from pumping to hanging/extending and that pumping had a toughening effect.
There was a big thread on here (by mikeshlort I think) about the above theory.

Pumping afterwards seems like a better foundation to take on.

Are you a sessioned hanger or are you just starting @ 20lbs right from the get-go? You also might look into fulcrum hanging.

No, I've been hanging for a few months now. My penis is pretty well trained so I can easily handle 20lbs. I still haven't experienced the toughening effect. Maybe it's because I haven't been doing this routine for a while. I just started incorporating pumping with hanging. What I found is that I get a good inner penis stretch by pumping since I already fatigued it with hanging.

SO are you doing girth prior to length or the other way around?
 
Well I'm not really aiming for girth honestly. I read in another thread that you said it's better to gain length first then to focus on girth :). So basically I hang and then about 4-12 hours later with the pump [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] I get a good pressure in where it's stuck to my skin. And I grab the pump and pull outwards in a circular motion, I pull upwards, downward, left, right etc etc. And with this I can really feel my inner penis. It's a length routine I suppose :). But today I did do a pump session at 8am still focusing on my inner penis for length. And at about 5PM I went to meet up with this girl on her break. I took her behind GIANT which was pretty empty and we had sex. After the orgasms she looked down on my penis and complimented me on it saying it was fatter ^^. Probably the temporarily pump that you get with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydro-max[/words] but still an awesome feeling :) I was surprised that I still had the pump even after 8 hours!

What type of pump are you getting ("'s girth wise) after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] usage that's lasting 8 hours?

Yes take solid measurements...if you haven't. You'll be happy you did. do you have a smart phone? download and app for a camera timer. works great for keeping erection.
 
Thanks guys. @smerc Not really a big girth increase just my penis feels heavier, and fuller, without the water retention. I will measure that though and let you know! @youknowme I have a galaxy so I'll go look up an app and come back with measurements!

Not to sound too needy, but if you could do [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words]/FG as well. Not sure if you're deliberately not keeping track of these measurements, but they're nice to have (for own personal sake as well, just to see if things are actually happening down there).

Measurements are key to tracking gains especially when a gain can be small. I have seen many guys come here and train for a while and when they make gains they question them because they have no clue where they started. Make a measurement of the following and keep it in your progress thread:

Erect non-bonepressed length: This will tell you if you are making visual gains against how much fat you have. Obviously the more in shape you are the better this measurement becomes. In my case, in my first two years I made incredible length gains but a lot was hidden under my 2+" fat pad. When I lost the fat pad my visual size increased amazingly. If you watch the Chanel 4 documentary, "The Perfect Penis" you can see that I have almost 0 fat pad and my size is viually very good.

Bone Pressed Erect Length: This will give you the solid results on gains made no matter what fat you have.

Flaccid Bone-Pressed Length: This will show gains, including future gains that will be made down the road. Most men find anywhere from a .25" to more than an inch difference in measurement from bone pressed erect. It is like a peak into the future.

Flaccid Length: Again, this will be greatly effected by weight gain and loss but it is still good to chart this, especially if you are dieting with your routine.

Erect Girth: This is the standard way to chart girth gains.

Flaccid Girth: This will not change based on weight so it is a solid way to track flaccid girth gains.

Also keep a good eye on the fat pad by measuring it if your weight fluctuates.
