2. I wanna show how I’ve been officially doing ALL my length work, there was and there still is a learning curve for me on how to properly make it work (specially as an ADS, haven’t figure that one out yet) but overall I think it has been fruitful.

At the time I felt like I had maxed out my Johnson’s short term stretching potential.

And I did that the good old way, by gripping as comfortable as I could underneath my glans and stretching the shit out of it hahaha ???

Lotta trial and errors, learning curves, and pain later… like everything in life … I found the right way.

And it worked, ?? only issue was that… naturally, blood was cut off from the tip of my glans.

There was:

1. Visible discoloration.


2. A barely noticeable painfulish feeling at the glans.

3. Some degree of sensitivity loss. (which wasn’t all bad, since it helped my sexual performance by delaying the inevitable “time to cum”)


Overall… although it worked, just couldn’t push as hard as I wanted to without cutting blood supply to my glans.


NOW in 2021 I might’ve found my solution…

I’m sorry for the mixing between imperial and metric measurement I’m more used to metric, and I forgot I used imperial last time. Ooops!


This week I gained :


BPFSL: 1.7 inches

MSEG: 1.4 inches

Not bad for the first week ?????? they’re the old gains I had back in early 2017, also they’re not cemented gains, if I stop they’re gone.

The challenge is going past these, but I will !

Little update:


Waiting on my extender, super excited to use it as an all night stretcher. Ordered the penimaster based on this guy’s opinion:


2. I was struggling figuring out how to use my silisleeve. It didn’t work because I assumed I had to pull back my foreskin and wear it covering all the way to the top letting the glans stick out


Like this:

That wouldn’t work as an all day stretcher, because my foreskin would come forward and push the sleeve off, the only way to keep it in place was •push blood to the glans and constricted there, which cause coldness by lack of flow.


I change things:

•Went from size 3/4 to size 7/8 that work a lot!!!

• I wear it without pushing foreskin backwards.

• I wear it more towards the base, instead of trying to cover the whole thing avoiding to be pushed forward.


It looks like this :
This has worked awesome, I’ve been wearing it for hours and hours even at work.

Doesn’t trap as much blood forward, it’s still does which turns cold but is not as bad. Nothing hurts.
I check on it and take off every now and there.

Last night I did a killer stretching while wearing the silisleeve. The silisleeve moves blood to my glans which creates a better suction on my VLC Tugger.


The stretching was like toward the upper part of my dick. My upper like really upper part was stretching like crazy. The silisleeve holds down the bottom shaft + the better suction of the tugger makes stretches focus on the top.


Today my dick feels a lil fatigue in the right sense in the upper portion.


I will rest today. Maybe some silisleeve but that’s it.

That’s a big jump in girth, congrats.
What exercises worked well for you to reach your girth?
I did a lot of girth work a few years back.
I did water pump work, clamping, and slow squash jelqs.

When I stopped my training my un-cemented girth went down, now that I’m back all that “muscle memory” kicked in.


I got em back with Jelqs, Slow Squash Jelqs, and clamping (which I did with the silisleeve?)

Got some alone time, and decided to do some stretching with my “VLC Tugger” outside of the shower, I have a Window where sunshine enters and heats up my penis while stretching, I fucking love that window. Haha.

So I’m trying to focus on my side ligaments, which feels awesome to extend and are responsible for most of my flaccid extension.

This stretches are no DLD BLASTERS, not even close, but they still hit those ligaments, you just gotta find the right placement and work your way.

Now I haven’t meassure in a while and I know I have a ring in but this expansion is stupid crazy, when I walk I feel dangling around haha it feels good! That’s how I wanted permanently !
