Yeah. Gains give someone so much satisfaction. As of recently I've made some muscle on my legs. Something I've neglected and it's so exciting that I'm getting obsessed with leg day now. I do it twice a week to make up for it and I do get enough rest time between my training sessions. I know a lot about fitness.
 
Life in unpredictable. You never know what's around the corner. Many people turn to religion to offer comfort in times of uncertainty. The thing about religion is you're only really tested once you're dead - with PE you're tested every day. You are correct on all assertions. I wanted to add that on that day of judgement I pray the entire Brotherhood be there. We set such good examples for one another, we love one another, we are there to help and to console...I would say we are definetly doing the Lord's work.

Two stretching routine done daily is fine. I was doing three 20 mins set with the length master before. Now I'm doing 20 mins wet Jelq and 20 mins of bundled expressive stretching with the length master.

Once I'm done with the above, I proceed to do the 5x5x3 pumping routine.
