I was overweight for a while at 6'2" and 210 pounds. Then I started riding a bike everywhere. Not a good bike either. An old three speed from the sixties. Totally uncool and hard to ride.

I have dropped 30 pounds. My lower back and legs are really strong. So strong that the other day I was messing around with my girl in a chair and decided the chair wasn't working. I was on my knees in front of her and I just slid her off the chair onto my pole and then stood up with her on it and carried her to the bedroom thrusting her all the way. She loved it.

Being fit has a lot of benefits. My man boobs went away. My arms are not built, but they are firm. I can fuck for hours. I am leaner than most guys half my age. Get a bike.
 
I do have a bike - an exercise bike. I live in a high-rise and can't really justify a bicycle.

I'd like to make clear also: yes, its easy to lose weight. When your mind lets you. I have a bad history with food and for the last 5 years I've been battling with it one way or another.

So, I won't just dismiss my progress as something that's easy to achieve. Its hard for *me*, at least initially, so I'll take pride in my progress still.

Do you think you use food as a way to pacify some kind of need, be it emotional or whatever? I know when I get bored I look at the fridge.

I only suggested that getting a bike would be good because it's fun to ride around. I can't do "excerise" because it seems like work and has to be scheduled into my life. Biking is just fun and how I go from A to B.

Sometimes thinking of walking to the conveneince store seems like a hassle, now that I ride I look forward to getting on my fine steed and cruising.

Good luck and keep posting your weight losses as well as your Penis Enlargement gains. I think all of this self esteem stuff is very useful for other people to read about.
 
I appreciate your concern there AdmiralLongDong, but if it's all the same I'd rather not go into the intricacies of my mind and how it works. I've had a counselor for 14 months a while back, so any future exploration of the reasons why would maybe enlighten others here... but I don't really want to regurgitate it. Thanks for understanding.

I will keep posting my gains and losses because it will be beneficial to my process, which is of course what this is ultimately all about.

Just got my Bib Hanger and am using it for the first time to test it out. I think i have the thing figured out and I'm hanging 2lbs off it to start. :)

I'm a bit concerned at how thin my shaft looks when my BIB hanger is clamped around it, but I have seen others' pics of this and it does look normal. It's just slightly worrying.

Well, the Zinger really seems to be helping my erection quality. I dont get any harder, but I get more "dense" if that makes sense. Its like, before I used to have this squashable hardness, and now it doesn't squash so easy.

As for increased testosterone, horniness, load amound and thickness, theres no verdict yet. I've noticed no change, but as for the horniness, I'm the horniest person I know lol. So I guess that would be hard to top.

I can't wait for after christmas when I can start the new hanging routine I have scheduled (before christmas is getting my dick ready for it, conditioning). I'll be doing one day on one day off, and building up to a 4 hour hang session at night time on the on days. I'm glad I'll still be able to do work through it.

So currently, I am 6.1 inches long hard, 4.72 Inches around hard, and 3.54 Inches flaccid.
 
I've had to make a number of modifications to the zinger II I got. for one thing, the plastic tubing around both ends was way too long.

I think i've taken slightly too much off now but it is a better fit. Before it would come loose after walking a distance... I guess that's because my balls dont hang that far naturally.

I noticed an initial difference but not really since then - I guess that's because up to last night I have been modifying to make sure it fits properly.
 
This sleeping problem I've had for the last couple of weeks has really shot my progress to pieces. I've done dribs and drabs of Penis Enlargement sessions, but thats it. I know from reading others' progress that its all based consistency, and thats what I need to get back to.

been too long since I contributed here, but I've been distracted from both goals of Penis Enlargement and losing weight.

Since before christmas i've been struggling with irregular sleep. It's really fucked up my schedules for Penis Enlargement, working out and having enough time to eat healthily, let alone getting work done when I need to to de-stress. It's sapped all my energy as well.

I'm working on it though. Over the next two days I will be staying up to correct my poor schedule. Positivity helps.
