With good wrapping I was able to go to 70 pounds (NOT SUGGESTED TO DO!)

As someone stated earlier, if you are starting with a hanging routine start at 2.5 pounds and slowly work up the scale.

Ay, that's a lot of weight and more than enough. I tried 45lbs OTS last week and I must admit I couldn't hang for longer than 10 minutes, too much pain. How did you do that?

That crazy! The Slutload site has been down for a few months. Now, 3 days after I mention it, it is back up and so are the videos in this thread.
