Oddly enough, sometime, when we have off periods we are surprised by gains. This may be a part of a bigger overall process but it does seem to happen quite a bit. I hope we have something to cheer on the 15th!

Run the contest again if you desire but there has to be before and after pictures to prove gaining. Anything I can do to inspire you guys to gain is always a pleasure!

We have on contest currently on going but only one person indicated his interest. I don't know if the threads are too much for people to read

Save this for the next contest but it will need to run for at least 6 months to get good results. We will continue the Bi-Monthly contest also.
