I have read many posts in my time on the impact of girth effecting length and visa-versa. Some men believe training girth may hinder length gains and I want to debate this. In my opinion Length and Girth not only complement each other but a small gain in both directions increase the total size of your penis then if you made the same gain in any single area

I hear people comparing the penis to rope or a rubber band stating that it is easier to stretch a thinner rope or band in comparison to a thicker one. I completely agree with this theory but I feel it is a poor penile comparison. The penis is more like a balloon as it is filled with blood when we get an erection and emptied when we are flaccid.

The reason I debate this is simple you can't fill a rope with liquid so it is impossible to expand the rope through increasing thickness. But you can expand a balloon length and thickness by increasing its load capacity. When you fill a balloon past it’s capacity it not only grows wider but longer too. The penis is very similar to balloon in that when we fill it with blood during an erection it expands outward and upward.

With that said I think it is a bad decision to neglect girth in hopes for better length gains. I have always trained both Length and Girth with as much intensity as the other with very good results. What are your opinions?
That's what I have done everytime I have routines, or at least what I have tried.. Going for girth and length.. Although sometimes is easier to focus on girth or length only.. Having a routine going for both I feel the penis engorged after the routine.. I have a ring I'm about to use it RN!

If you take the time and go through the entire forum, you will find many gems that have gone forgotten. But can be brought back. i i have i have created more than 100 exercises and only use maybe ten percent of that. so it's smart to search and look for better ways, or even older ways to grow your penis.

After the development of the SRT many things got simplified .. But true experimenting all those exercises for a reasonable period of time and see the results..

After I came up with SRT most of my brothers did the same and over time SRT overshadowed, all of the other work that I did and others for that matter, but it's still there fou to look at and see for yourself, if it's something you want to do. And there are so many routines I have written that'd have gone to the past, which were very good routines, and maybe something people who are struggling with SRT may want to look into those routines. But it's gonna be hard to match SRT as it is that powerful

adding the devices to accelerate growth.. LM, pump, silisleeves,cockrings, they all play an important role here.

I doubt there will be any type of natural PE that can be better than SRT. SRT has made natural PE a smooth success.
 
I'm guilty of the same thing. I eat junk food and eat whatever's cheap. I can't afford to eat good right now, but hopefully things will change over the next months where I can get decent food
 
It doesn't need to be expensive to be good and healthy. It's about foods that fit your taste buds while pleasant to enjoy. I can go with a 20lbs bag of brown rice, some rice seasoning, and some on-season veggies with cheap dark meat (chicken quarters) to make good wholesome meals. Better yet, a bowl of broth made from discounted meat with bones on and a few scraps of veggies with light seasoning, you got a buffet of a poor man's meal. This used to be my college days' feast on a student's tight budget. With prices of everything going up, it's hard to truly feed yourself. But it doesn't have to be bad foods to fuel your meals. However, I must admit, those freaking BBQ ribs on sales m, dirty rice, and piled high pizzas do tempt me to no end.

I should eat healthy and high quality food too. I have to face the same eating the affordable. Our lives will not remain static they are going to improve,Same with gear and shoes there's a huge variety, I have to get the most affordable for now..I'm going to be an incredibly well dressed man with a huge schlong.😎

Agreed finding good food isn't supposed to be an expensive situation.
