Hi, I just came across this forum tonight when searching for penis enlargement methods and specifically increasing elasticity. In order to introduce myself fully, I'd like to tell you all how I got here. I'm 26, by the way.

So I used to be at least 7 inches and almost 6 around at one point, with the girth going all the way from the base to just under the head. Are you depressed? Depression and or bad nerves can cause ed. Over masterbating isn't helpful either. Try to only masterbate every 3-7 days if you can. Balls hanging low well I'm sure that's normal as they are suppose to be. Away from the body so they stay alittle cooler. Start off by the newbie stretching program. Make sure you always warm up first. And after your done doing stretches I suggest you wrap your penis in a stretched state using a ace bandage to help cement gains. Making sure to check on penis when wrapped that the head disentangle become cold or numb.
 
No the ED wasn't mental. I've had a fairly rough life so I'm very good at compartmentalizing things and the only time ED has been mental for me was when I felt under pressure. Its ok to masterbate as long as you try to only cum once every 3-7 days or more. Working out is good to you try to lift weights or some kind of exercise to keep your testosterone up which should help your ed problem.

Right, masturbation should not be done more than once per day. Also, be sure not to masturbate until after girth work and before length work. After having and orgasm it is the best time to stretch.
 
To Girthgains: Yeah I definitely plan on getting back in that kind of shape again. I used to be a damn good athlete. I actually have a really good workout routine I used to do that I could share with you all. I saw there's a fitness section here.

This definitely works. How well depends on time available and commitment. My first suggestion would be kegals, and lots of them, to see how much that can help you to regain your erection quality (eq). Ideally, you'd pick up the newbie routine in the pe newbie forum and work it verbatim. Give that a go a few months, see where you're at, and figure out what you want to do with pe.

Even if you managed no gain in a few months, you will start to understand the language and what your dick is saying through various sensations. That will help you in moving along to the more intense work if it turns out you need to. Or maybe you'll be lucky and get what you want from just doing the newbie routine a while longer. No matter what, you have options and a great knowledge base here.

While I'm sure there's some physical benefit from being in shape and kegals are a great tool in their own right, it sounds like you don't find yourself attractive by your standards. It is always good to stretch after masturbation but it is not necessary. I offer this advice because the penis is in a much more malleable state after masturbation and accepts stretches with greater ease.

DLD is the master bro, if he gives advice you can rest assured it has come from YEARS of experience and research. Start with the newbie routine (it's a sticky in the newbie section), and then look to move to the SRT program. It works, I can testify to that personally as I have gained .9" in length the last 3 months following the program.

That's definitely what I plan to do, the newbie routine. So you're saying I should do kegels first, before starting on it? How long do you think I should do that for before starting on the newbie routine?

Yeah I've really let myself go in basically every way these past few years. Mental breakdowns will do that to you, make you just want to lie in bed and not do a damn thing except work in order to pay rent and food, etc. The thing is, before I started having erection issues, I could fuck like a pornstar. It's what you do out of the gym and more importantly how you do it that matters.


I do have another question, also. How long do I have to wait for my penis to recover after PE before I can have sex? Like say I do PE first thing in the morning before I leave for the day, how long would I have to wait until I could have sex again?

Kegals are actually in the newbie routine with a real good routine for them built in. But you can start doing them now. Taking those to the extreme can really only help. So far as how long you should wait until sex, it will mostly depend on how fatigued your junk is. Some have said that orgasm isn't great for gains. Others say it accelerates it. My bet is it's case specific. I'd say see how long you can stand not, because it may well help your testosterone get back up to where you have no choice but to kick ass. The build up of other chemicals do stand a chance at impacting the process positively.

SRT is more about faster penis enlargement and healing than anything else, especially weight loss. I suggest you read the entire thread, there is some very important information there for anyone who want to gain with the fastest speed and heal and cement gains faster.
 
So I guess I should update this. As I said, the ED was physical, as was/is the crazy curve my dick has developed. What I didn't know is that it's almost entirely due to an infection in my gums. himself and teeth infections poisions the.body. when your body and all organs are healthy your body will be more loose and relaxed. Keep us updated!
 
are you 6 in bpel or nbpel? i thought 7 was pretty big for most girls and 6 was moderate. also I masturbate 3 + times a day and it gives me better eq when i dont masturbate my eq actually lowers.
