maybe when he was younger he and his friends would have circle jerks...i never done them but heard stories of a bunch of guys getting together and have beat off competitions...don't shoot the messanger...i really want to get my pc muscle stronger...at one time i was doing over 1,000 kegels a day...i don't know if i notice any difference though...but i am going to start back training it

This stuff isn't rocket science, there is a ton of free information here and some pics and videos. I don't think that you're going to get "motivated" by a DVD. The Jojido stuff, which was the first Penis Enlargement manual that I bought, has a few good exercises but is nothing compared to what's available here for free. If you're serious about Penis Enlargement, then start with the newbie routine here and any questions or problems you have can be answered.

There are also some free videos at Thundersplace too. But, DLD's paysite is by far the best available, a wealth of exercises with videos for all. No other paysite or course comes anywhere near the quality and quantity of MOS.

That site has some other classic Penis Enlargement guides I've read through the years that I've been involved with Penis Enlargement, and reading them again just reinforces the fact that you can't neglect the basics.

I hope you dont mind me sticking my two pennorth into what is obviously a very male domain but, when I was doing some research for both my sites, I found this thread and thought you might like to get some feedback.

That quote looks very similar to something my fella, Ruf, downloaded a few months ago. He did the exercises and, from a woman's perspective I can thoroughly recommend them. Like most of you, he has an average-sized penis - something for which I am very grateful, since I'm only small and having my cervic scraped on a regular basis is not terribly sexy :)

What those exercises did was really strengthen both his pubococcygeus and his bulbospongiosus muscles - so that's the pelvic floor and the one that controls ejaculation. The differences that I felt were that he had the strength and control to lift his penis up and down whilst it was inside me which ensured that it could hit my g-spot every time he thrusted. But, more than that, it also helped to control the amount of time he could keep that going before he came.

Trust me, I can tell when he's been doing them regularly.

PC Exercises are very important but many men neglect doing them because they do not see a visual difference and the effects of a stronger set of pelvic floor muscles may not seen noticeable right away. The long term benefits of doing a solid PC routine are stronger, harder erections, staying power and definitely the added ability to hold more blood in their penis.
