my left hand has weak grip so i feel like its not an effective jelq. My right hand gets in quality reps so should i just do it with the right hand?
 
Getting a stronger grip takes time is just like in everything else, you have to train your hands:)

That doesn't answer his actual question but I agree, grip training would be your long term solution tugawar. As for the short term, I'll leave that for someone better qualified to answer.
 
obviously im trying to train my grip, im more interested in whether one can gain with the one hand jelq or not. Length wise.
 
i tried the one handed jelq yesterday, not only was it ineffective, it also caused my penis to turtle and i couldn't get it erect until this morning. DLD, when i jelq the regular way (alternating hands) i actually move blood up the shaft but for my left hand it just feels like the blood slips away after i move it halfway up the shaft (towards the glans). Its not that I dont grip it hard either even when i squeeze it the blood slips but when i use my right hand its a nice thorough jelq. Do I have to squeeze it or is it good as long as im moving a bulge of blood up the shaft?
 
Yeah actually ssj are way better,nd wearing a cock ring can help you to gain more girth..try them

I seem to be one of the few voices on this.. I've found gains in girth to translate to rapid gains in length.
And if you think about it, length gains will lead to more potential girth gain... because you have more length of penis that can get fatter, so rate of volume gain on a longer penis goes at a faster rate than on a shorter one.
(All you are saying in that last case is that there are more UNIT lengths of penis on a longer penis and each penis gains girth per UNIT at the same rate).

From your earlier questions I also assumed you were seeking out length. The best length workout is in the SRT Thread, just skip the girth portion.
