I actually found a great fix for this... I luckily had an old smooth inner tube from a fleshlight... so I just cut the mouth off of the tubing and trimmed it to the to the length I needed. Long enough to cover the bottom of the Bathmate, up to just pass the point where it wouldn't snag on to me, and it works great. Because it's silicone it expands as wide as I need, but just thick enough to keep me from getting caught up on the bathmate. Those tubings are super cheap to buy.

I am always amazed when reading this forum because you all rip other stuff apart to accommodate the Bathmate products.
For this sort of thing with gaiter bite and lower shaft pains we'd recommend using our Long Insert. This is a barrier between the penis and the gaiter preventing the pain that some gentlemen get when using the pumps.
