Hello my bathmate x40 extreme is broken. Bathmate support dossent answer. Can you help?

Hi Craig. I'm hoping you can help me. I ordered an X40 from officialhydropump.com but decided to go with the x30 instead. I have been emailing customer service for almost a month, with no response about my refund. I eventually sent the unopened, unboxed, pump back to the address listed on the receipt (which is what the receipt said to do.) I have the USPS info saying that the product was received, but still haven't heard anything about my refund. Can you help please? Order # 44735

The bathMate itself is still In good condition , I need a new valve please

Thanks for the quick response Craig, i was home all day Friday & was in particular listening out for the mail deliveries, but to no avail 😔They usually leave a calling card if no one answers the door. I will take the matter up with the local branch & see if it was returned to them. Once again, thank you for your assistance, You've been very helpful 😀

Hi Craig, Jason Newman here again. I know it hasn't quite been a week since the last messages about my order but was wondering if you could follow up on it for me please? I ordered a lengthmaster from MOS last week & it has already been delivered (5 working days turnaround). I had a look around the royal mail website and their expected delivery for international post is between 5 - 7 working days, it is now at 18 working days, you can imagine my frustration.
That being said i do realise that from your end your company has upheld it's duty & it was despatched on time and that this situation is a postal problem.
Could you please make an inquiry with royal mail on my behalf?
I appreciate your help with the matter and hope it all is resolved soon, the customer service i have received from bathmate/yourself has been great and i will let others know of it's quality 😃

Hey Craig, thanks for the follow up, yeah i used the tracking number on the royal mail track and trace site, it was provided in the confirmation of purchase email i originally received from bathmate. It has had the same 'item has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in Australia' since the 8th, i'll give it another week and report back if nothing turns up.
