I weigh 215 which by the bottles suggestions would be 5 caplets twice a day, but thats going to make things expensive, because I'm not doing a hardcore workout yet I was only taking 3. Ill start going by these guidelines and see how it goes.

NO2 is a brand for Nitric Oxide. There's NO2, Nitrix, etc... weightlifters use it to get a better pump after an intense session.

Hey so I've been having erection problems for the past few weeks also. I work at Kroger and next time I go there I want to get a vitamin or mineral that will help out. They have a large selection over by the pharmacy. So what is a good vitamin, mineral, or supplement that I should purchase?

Eh i dunno about creatine, i've heard it has negative effects, water retention in muscles i believe? At the moment im not that serious about getting big quick as I've been injured in the past trying to do too much too fast. But you would know better than me, what are the possible negative effects of creatine?

Use CEE. Go to www.bulknutrition.com and search for Creatine Ethyl Ester.

How much are you wanting to spend?

I'm a pretty cheap guy. I'd rather just buy a Vitamin or Mineral near the pharmacy at Kroger where I work. Next time I work is thursday, and I get paid that day also so I'd like to know so I can maybe purchase something.

After reading a thread Supra made, I believe my erection problems are being caused by propecia, as I have been on it for a few months.

I'm on Propecia but I don't seem to be having any erection probs?

Hey Driver does it seem to be working for you? I've been thinning and receding since 8th grade and I've been on propecia for a few months now. My hairline seems to keep receding though.

If your not willing to pay that much moneny and you want to shop at krogers then just get a simple L arigin supplement, maybe a multivitamin, and a simple all natural testosteron booster(Tribulus) its made by Now Sports

L-Arginine? I'll think about it tomorrow when I check out their selection.

L-Arginine doesn't work nearly as well as AAKG... There are also other esterfied versions of Arginine that work well like DiArginine Malate. They are all very cheap if you buy them in bulk powder and just add to your protein shake or juice drink.

I'm assuming that your Propecia is doctor prescribed... do you get regular blood work to check DHT levels?? Propecia could be driving your DHT levels too low causing the erection problems.
