Was wondering whether most people here measure and report size based on pre-workout or post-workout measurements.

I just started Penis Enlargement less than 2 months ago, and can only workout on a part time basis, but I seem to have made small gains.

I did a quickie measure pre-workout and seemed to have gained just shy of a quarter inch in BPenis EnlargementL from my starting stats, despite not being able to devote time to a normal workout routine. I had time for a good workout last night and out of curiosity, measured again at the end of my workout and showed a bit over a half inch gain BPenis EnlargementL from my starting stats. (Wasn't able to measure girth at all yesterday.)

I'm only considering the pre-workout measurement as 'official' or real, but I was wondering which measurement others are using when reporting gains or posting thier measurements.

As a second question, for those that occassionally measure pre and post workout, what difference do you typically see?
 
A general rule is that youi only report cold (un-Penis Enlargement'd) measurements as gains. Whether everyone follows that, I don't know.
 
Whenever I have been consistently looking/feeling bigger, and on an OFF day, when I have zero post workout pump.
 
Always measure per-Penis Enlargement with at least 24 hours since my last workout. Post-Penis Enlargement pump doesn't count in my book.
 
I agree, you need time after a work out to get a good honest measurement.

after Penis Enlargementing for like 4days in a row, and im flacid, sometimes im like woah im hung like donkey!

Wow DVD, what great, consistant gains! Great work. It certainly gives me hope.

I'll add a size update in my sig around the beginning of December. I've only measured once, a few days ago, since my starting measurements (results up at the top of the thread). I was pleasantly surprised, given that I don't have time for a steady Penis Enlargement routine. If I can find a way to Penis Enlargement more, I'm hoping to get to 6.5 BPenis EnlargementL before X-mas as a short term goal. If only I could work out more consistantly.
 
I measured on off days or the opposite of when I did my workout. If my workout was in the morning I measured at night and if my workout was at night I measured in the morning. I only measured onc a week though.
 
I measure all the time! Before and after a workout! I do like the post workout measurements a lot better though. But soon they will be my pre-workout measurements, and my post workout will be even bigger!
