Just the jelqing in the newbie routine and it's been great so far and my flaccid is hanging so much thicker and longer. Jelqs are an awesome basic exercise.

Indeed! Jelqing is the most fundamental and structural exercises in girth work. Mastering the Jelq leads to the understanding and mastery of the advanced jelq exercises. Jelqing will bring a certain amount of growth but at one point most men will shift into something more intense as gains slow. I am happy to hear things are going well so far!
 
Do you have to pass over the glands for it to be a jelq? I'm afraid I still don't understand exactly what a jelq is. I usually OK grip at the base and squeeze till I reach the glands and stop, never carrying to motion over the head. Am I doing this all wrong?

i also think i am doing them wrong. to add to he above question, i do them erect and usually dry, is that the best for gains?

Nope, you're doing it right. When you reach the glans, is time to stop with that hand and start a new jelq with the other.

If you're in the early stages of jelqing, I would definitely NOT recommend that you do them erect. Start with a semi-erection, never past 70%-80%. In time, as your penis gets more accustomed to the exercise, you will be able to jelq with a higher level of erection without damaging the tissue, but do take your time. The worst thing we can do with penis enlargement is rush things.
As for the dry jelq, well, I've always done the wet version, since it's much easier to control the strength of the grip throughout the whole jelq.
 
^^ Thank you! I also notice if I jelq downwards, I can put stretching tension on the ligament. Advisable or not, just focus on the jelq while jelqing? I odd DLD's newbie routine, then jelq about 200 times or so, the use the air clamp for 10 minutes. Love it! Ha ha!

Yes, that is true. I don't believe there's any problem with that. :)
 
I always wondered about the upward jelq we do here. Only because every other site says to do it downwards. DLD, what is the reason for opting to do jelqs upwards?

Does your penis keeps his size when you stop with jelqing or does it gets smaller again to his original size before you began jelqing??

Hi, Roel18,

There's a phase in Penis Enlargement called "Cementing Gains". You can browse the forum for more information on the subject.
Anyway, when you cement your gains, they will stay with you forever, regardless of your continuing to jelq or not.
Let's say, for instance, you're one year into Penis Enlargement and gained 2 inches. By the end of that year, you'll probably have cemented 1-1.5 inches, meaning that the remaining those gains will be permanent whilst the remaining 1-0.5 inches will eventually be lost if you stop Penis Enlargement. That happened to me. I stopped Penis Enlargement for about 1 year and, despite having lost some of my gains, I'm still about over 1 inch bigger than I was when I started the first time. :)
So, if you keep a consistent effort for long enough, you will hardly lose all of your gains.

1st- Hey grape! Long time no see mate, how've you been doing? Hope everything's alrigh! How has the Penis Enlargement been going so far :)?

2- As much as I know- skin darkening (turning blue) is due to the reason that it does not have optimal "breathing" as you may call it. I think it might be because you are having a too tight grip and too much intensity. I get the same shit, but it's temporary- nothing to worry about :)
 
Hey zam, doing good.....thanks.hope all is well with you and yours. Been crazy busy with work. Pe is doing steady. Pretty much kegels and jelqs every day. Anywhere from 30 min to 60 mins of jelqs a day and over 1000 kegels a day ranging from 1000 quick jabs to 50 twenty second holds.

This week I am specifically shooting for 1200/1200 routine. 1200 hundred kegels during theday (300 seconds worth of 20 secondsholds, then 10 second holds, 5 second holds and finally 1 second holds). Then at nite I do roughly 1200 jelqs (which for me is about 40 mins)

On a bright note, a week ago the wife said my dick feels longer and definetly thicker.

Sex has been great. Premature issue have gotten better. I can't go for hours, but I can hold for a while and cum on command
