1. the top vein (dorsal) became thinner at the base and pop and also moves to the right sometimes i think one day its gonna cut .lo00ool
2 .. pain in the ligament when apply stretch or hang but not too much pain so should i stop or keep doing pe ??
3.. i have downward curve so can stretching btc or sd or hanging sd or btc increase it ??
waiting for your help guys

well why dont you take a week off and see how it goes,if you have been exercising for six months non stop maybe you need a short break, and see how your penis reacts, but have you noticed gains, six months can give you good gains...

1. Absolutely be mindful of the dorsal vein. It can burst and can cost you some time and you may well have too much pain to do the work.

2. Some pain and soreness is inevitable but unless it's actually intense you aught to power through. It's important to stick with a rest cycle as a newbie so you can learn your limits and push them. You're most likely going to find, as many of us have, that your limits are much greater than you would have thought now.

3. Flaccid work won't generally cause anymore curvature while hard. There are some claims that extenders can fix a curvature. But if it concerns you, you can try balancing it out with upward fulcrum stretches. Just pull up with one hand and push on your wang with the other in the opposite direction you're worried about. If you are looking to fix the curve I'd say extender and bathmate. That's about all I know about that.

You should look up physiological indicators. Basically says to pay attention to the sensations you have, because they could mean you're gaining. Meaning maybe that's the sensation you need to strive for in making new gains in the future. Something to think about.
