I measured myself today to see my progress. I haven't measured in over six months so I thought I'd be in for a pleasant surprise. Apparently my cock shrank almost an inch. I used to be a somewhat adequate 5.8 non-bone pressed now I'm five inches bone pressed. My girth also used to be 6 inches now it's 5.5. I'm pretty sure my medication is to blame. I gained about 70 pounds but I don't have a fat pad at all, just a beer belly that stops right at my waist. And I can't stop the medication because it keeps me sane so I'm up shit creek on that one. It also seriously fucked my flaccid which is almost concave. This is really depressing so if you'll excuse me there's some carbon monoxide that needs inhaling.

It could still be a fat pad issue. All I can say is FUCK that medicine. Start working out and eating right. Learn from this and grow. Get ripped and shredded and don't let it get you down. 70 pounds is a lot of weight and I doubt ALL of it went right to your belly. Belly weight is kind of easy to lose if you know how to. Start taking CLA and start drinking skim milk. You can get back to where you were and beyond. You just need to do it. Talk to your Doc about alternatives to the medicine you are taking. I feel that you can take control of your life and deal with any issues you have sans the drugs. I believe anything is acheivable through willpower and self-control.

Dude, don't you think it might have something to do with erection quality as well? Possibly you're not at 100% at the moment, maybe you could take some supplements to give you a boost? I find that after too much abuse (!!) i.e. lots of Penis Enlargement and sex/masturbation that I can only get to around 6.75; but then after a long break and cutting down on the other two I can get to about 7-7.25!!

What is the name of the drug, if you don't mind me asking? There are a few drugs on the market that can counter the sexual sides of many anti-depressants...

I've taken abilify and zyprexa but now take depakote with geodon which are antipsychotic medications. Been taking them for nine months (seems like forever though) and there's really isn't an end in sight. And I'm pretty sure it's not a fat pad issue because when I push in I just feel bone so it can't cover up an inch. Plus I was underweight before now I'm 15-20 pounds over which isn't too much (considering I'm American). And I am taking supplements, I've been using Extagen plus exercising for two weeks. Hopefully that will help although I doubt it. And I was joking around about the carbon monoxide.

I'd try to get off the drugs and talk with Burton Goldberg about the issues you are taking drugs for. Alternative Medicine, Alternative Therapy For Cancer, Depression, Anxiety and Panic Disorder Treatment, Stem Cell Therapy, Holistic Medicine, Breast Cancer Treatment . Here is an idea of some of Burton's research: Curing Depression, Anxiety & Panic Disorders, Alternative to Antidepressant Medication

I gained about 70 pounds but I don't have a fat pad at all, just a beer belly that stops right at my waist.

If you gained 70 pounds so rapidly (within 6 months I guess since you said that is the last time you measured), you gained a lot of FAT. Fat is not location specific unless injected and or accentuated/confused with excess skin/skin strecthing. Fat is lost and gained all over the body, all directly proportional. That means that your beer belly (FAT) can't actually "stop" at your waist even though it may look like it does. You have surely added to the "fat pad" and this is surely affecting some measurements and can even effect bone pressed meaurements to an extent.

If you eat less and move more (consume less calories and burn more calories) and you don't have drugs or wacky hormones doing some weird shit to your body then you will lose the fat and appear to gain inches, as we all know. That is one solution.

Since those drugs all seem to effect dopamine and serotonin in some way, I'd be weary about adding any other drugs to the mix. Talk to your doctor and see what he says. Likely, he will say that a smaller penis is less of a risk than insanity, which is true.

Ask about cialis if you experience any erection difficulties. I would think that the dopamine agonists would have a positive effect on your penis, being that they lower prolactin levels. Prolactin is responsible for killing an erection after orgasm. Some men take cabergoline (a dopamine agonist) and can experience multiple orgasms.

I hope it gets better for you, and my only advice other than what I gave you is to jelq frequently. What is your Penis Enlargement routine like?

Thanks for the links PenilePersist but I don't have depression or panic/anxiety disorder. And I'm trying to exercise more, it was the zyprexa that caused me to gain weight and I'm off that. I'm losing pounds slowly so maybe by the time I do make gains it will be more dramatic. I don't have any erection problems so I take the Extagen strictly to increase my size and hopefully it will. And I do the newbie routine to a t. Thanks for the support.

This is a tough one. Is there ANY possible way to get off the meds? Meditation + a spiritual life and diet can cure all things in time, but it's very hard to change your lifestyle.

Yeah, I wouldn't go off the meds or try an antidote without consulting my doctor. Those are powerful meds you've been on. Are you sure that that extra weight didn't hide some of your penis when you measured it?

No problem. Good to know.

Depression and anxiety aren't Burton's only focus, just something he showcases. He knows a lot of shit about medicine and health issues. He is very pleasant to speak to on the phone and you may benefit greatly from telling him about why you take drugs and he will be honest about your health and his opinion on whether you should stick with them or if he knows how you will be better without them and what alternatives there may be for you. He has a great soul and really cares about people and I know this from consulting with him in the past.

The less drugs the better. All doctors PRACTICE medicine. It is good to take care of their opinions and pay special attention to fact, but don't rely on only one source. Surely, if everyone relied on mainstream physicians about their penises then nobody would be listening to DLD and instead sending him hate mail and dismissing all of his work as quackery ... but we all know that would be their loss.

Best to you.

I wouldn't try getting off meds without a doctor's supervision. Usually they would lower the doseage while trying other forms of therapy.

Fish oil has been shown to have positive effects on many mental conditions, and you may want to consider adding it to your drug regiment, but I can't see how it could replace those other drugs by itself.

Other nutrients that seem to improve many mental conditions are:
folic acid
zinc
manganese
B vitamins (especially niacin)
lecithin

You seem confident that the size loss was not due to fat pad gain, but have your erections seemed as rigid as they used to? Someone else mentioned that before, and that may have an effect on your measurement. If so, ask about cialis.

Yeah, my erections are as hard as they've always been. I don't know what else could have caused it. Hopefully after I'm done with the meds it will go back to normal but I doubt it.

I've been worrying about you, T.D.

Keep us informed of your progress. I take all kinds of meds for all kinds of medical problems--I have shitty genetics. It would be great if we could separate the gains and losses in penile development from factors other than strict P.E., such as all the meds we take.

I agree with G.M., that fish oil can only do you good. Have you tried it? I take four caps a day, and it does seem to have helped my overall health.

Thanks for your concern man. I'm starting to accept this, might as well. Only thing to do now is keep on stretching and jelqing.

I am confused how you could possibly lose size? Medication, or no medication the only possible effect would be a lack of gains but an actual loss? Well, that is physically impossible. It is like saying that you head shrunk, your foot shrunk, your arm shrunk. Losing size, via, Penis EnlargementNIS ENLARGEMENT is not only strange but impossible. I hope that you realize that you have made a measuring default of sorts as I am very concerned that your penis has defied the laws of physics and shrank. I am not trying to be a dick or dis you in any way but the reality of a adult loss in size, in virtual youth, is, well VITALLY impossible.

Damn, I feel extremely un-empathic in my above post by I only think this loss of size is impossible unless it be as of elderly nature. I understand one thing as far as measuring is concerned, we, as men, can easily miss-measure via the emotions we are feeling at the time of measurement, feeling about ourselves that portray the image of ourselves as "less than". Embarrassing to say, I remember one time I was measuring in my bathroom. I was purposely pushing the measurement back to satisfy some sort of self-punisHydromaxent. I was well beyond 8" but I had some sort of self-destruction that pushed the measurement as much less than I was. The worst part of this is that my girl, Jen, was peeking through the keyhole. She felt so much sadness for me. She knew I was lost in a measurement that was self-imposed and only real in the self-sense. I may be completely wrong but I NEED to share my experience in hopes to help you move forward in this. Size gains are expected but a decrease makes no sense!

I measured again earlier today and it was the same thing. I really hope I measured wrong but I can't see any other reason for my problem. Maybe the blood vessels were not full or something. It could just be fat but shouldn't it be more evident. All I'm saying, it could be a mistake or physical problem, is my dick measures out to be shorter than it was.

I think anything is possible nowadays. After all steroids does make your balls shrink. I blame it all on your medication. Hope everything goes well.
