Hi all at mos,

I have orders myself cialis to help with flaccid hang. I am desperate for it to work as hate my flaccid size when stressed although jelqing which I learnt here is helping with fullness well in only 4 days I have done it intensely.

So I got the 20mg cialis and have gone ott trying to get them to work. I am on my 4th day and still no different bombers or flaccid hang although on day two I did have an hour or so where I thought I felt it working I could feel it much fuller and harder in flaccid verging on semi state so thought it would stay but lost it and was annoyed.

I took 35 mg one day 30 another which was stupid and probably waste too.

Questions

I know in some people it can take 4 to 5 days to work and doctors say try at least eight times. Am getting paranoid I am immune to it though. I guess all the worry isn't helping, I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder and am a quite heavy alcoholic although I have stopped since taking cialis.

Do you think th alcohol abuse has given me bad circulation and blood flow so none is getting to my manhood?

Any answers would be really helped!

The only time I have heard of a PDEi increasing flaccid hang is only after erection. Where the penis stays plump for hours.
Much like the people doing PGE injections are seeing, after having prolonged erections.

PDEi's work via nitric oxide release. So if you're lacking that, then they're not going to work that effectively. You could have a low NO problem from either bad habits, underlying issues, or ETC.
I would add a NO booster such as L-Citrulline/L-Arginine and there a certain forms of ginseng that help.


Taking a PDEi for just a bigger flaccid hang is fucking ignorant IMO.
If you're wanting to increase your flaccid then do manuals + an ADS. Then work on low weight hanging. You could add a NO booster before girth routines if you wanted and this will help as well.

I have read a lot and I mean a lot from or people to ed people talking about how cialis increases flaccid hang by giving fuller and longer flaccid from the increased blood flow. People just take 10mg every few days. IT helps them stay hard for jelqing and pumping etc reported also

I only want to use on a short term basis as am very paranoid and underconfident about some of the state's my flaccid gets into during the day and has caused embarrassment and affected my health. Never mind the fact I have a 7 inch erect, people just like a cheap laugh at the lack of bulge when exercising or stressed over the last few years. So I think calling me ignorant is a bit harsh lol but see where you are coming from. It's not something I would recommend unless you feel you need to. Have noticed a fuller flaccid already over last 4 days just from jelqing and getting into the manual stretches.
Ads sounds a good idea though. What is best for not being obvious but still making it look like you have a cock under there?

I did, but it might not be your issue if you already have good EQ and are able to obtain erections.

What this means is that since PDEi5's prevent NO breakdown. You're going to need good levels of this in the first place for the effect to take place.
Slower breakdown = fuller erection and in turn = full flaccid. The flaccid from edging could come into play also for flaccid increase.
IF you're not able to attain a 100% ongoing erection, then your may be getting your hopes up.
You have to take into consideration that not everyone that sees flaccid gains from this has a tiptop EQ.

Now you only gave 1 definition of it not working, which was the fuller flaccid.
In which I stated my opinion about PDEi involvement in flaccid hang (in my OP). Which my point kind of gets proven if it's not working in that regard for you.

Id be more concerned if you're not 'feeling' anything.

When you get an erection, are there no differences in longevity (of erection(s))? Assuming you're able to currently get erections since you mentioned an alcohol issue.
Like I said, an underlying issue may void a PDE5i (ie: liver).

There are some people it just doesn't work for (NO levels aside) and have to resort to other means for erections.

There are many types of ADS. The term has been ruined by a lot of people on here and most associate them w/ anti-turtle sleeves, which they're not IMO.
That being said, since you stated a mock mentality of people during exercise. I would opt for the sleeve option or UJW. This would give the impression that you have a 'massive cock'. I don't think people give a shit regardless though and you're just being hard on yourself. If people are actually laughing after they direct their eyes to your crotch, then you have a problem and I would look @ finding another gym (or just wear thicker clothes).

Too be 100%, damn near everything can increase your flaccid size. Since size pertains to both length/girth, most routines will target 'flaccid size'.

Only ignorant in the form of these types of drugs actually causing long-term problems in some people.
Would only be something I used in a girth routine or if I wanted to paint my room w/ pussy for the night. That's just me though.
