I've been using the Bathmate for about 3 months and it's been all good so far. I've went from 170mm to just over 200mm since using the Bathmate once a day at least 5 times a week. While this was cool my girth has been stubborn. I added the SSJ into my routine which helped me gain and cement 5" but it's not enough. Being a former clampler I decided to start doing that with the Bathmate. After one session I gained 3/8" instantly that lasted just about the whole day. This is guaranteed to help anyone who is stuck on girth.
You will need a: Bathmate, Cable clamp, ace bandage
1 I start by warming up the penis stretching it in all directions. Then I'll twist the penis and stretch it again in all directions.
2 Next I get as hard as possible stroking my penis with lube until it's 100%, then I wrap a piece of an ace bandage around the base of the penis and apply a cable clamp to it. Ill clamp down until its tight but not all the way to allow some blood flow before stroking. After my penis is maxed in size I'll clamp down tighter for more expansion and do a combination of stroking and Uli squeezes. This goes on for about 10-20 minutes.
3 I take the clamp off and go straight for the Bathmate while keeping my erection as hard as possible. Once in I pump to the max and do a set of Hardcore Bathmate stretches. Ill keep the first session at 5-10 minutes. Once times up I will pull out and do a few SSJ before starting the next session that's 10 minutes long. Depending on how my penis feels I'll add a third session.
4 To end my exercise I will take off the Bathmate and tie a bandage around it to keep in the extra blood. Then, I take a warm rag and massage my penis with it. I usually have fluid buildup so I spend at least 15 minutes massaging the penis afterward and when ever I can during the day. By the time I get off work(8 hours later) my penis is normal and all the fluid buildup is gone.
As a modifier to add more intensity I tried to do SSJ while clamped. While the pump and size increase was insane, it stretched the skin to the max and I ended up with small tears. In case you think of adding that be careful and try to make sure the skin is ready for it.
