A good way to measure that would now cause a false reading would be flaccid-stretched bone-pressed, this would show an accurate measurement and not depend on erection quality. The reason we are taking pictures are to see our gains so this is a valid way to show gains as FSBP is the most accurate.

Progressive Brother! Take you time and be progressive. If you are sore allow yourself to rest until you feel better. I would hate to see you end up with thrombosis from going too hard too quickly. You have the rest of your life to get bigger, we are not going anywhere.

whats the difference between fatigue and sore? i dont want a thrombosis i just progressively go hard and do my rotarys slow now but i aint stopping period but my intensity in my workouts hasnt changed i just take like 10 sec of the 1 min to get to max pull and do my rotarys 100?% just slow motion circuluar motion witch i feel works better slower then faster

Thrombosis is something that occurs in excess girth work while erect, it will not effect flaccid exercise at all.
 
A day off is fine and nothing will be lost
When doing hard stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3.
3 days on, and 1 day rest can be a good structure to keep the intensity high, without being forced to take a break due to a sore penis.
