I'm working on it, starting by getting healthier and in better shape. Time for my whole lifestyle to change.

Yeah I ended up taking a rest last night, and went for hours today. Plus I have my hour long nightly routine to do next. I'm putting in DLD quality work haha.

I get the same thing, I chalk it up to strengthening the hands. I also suggest using one of the hand strengtheners, they really make a big difference and build hand strength quickly.
 
I looked at my forearms while I was gripping my pistol tonight, and the muscles look way more dense. Since I haven't done any manual labor besides PE, it must be from stretching all day, every day lol
 
ima buy that grip/hand strengthnener helps with deadlift aswell , and i sware my forearm muscles are getting bigger from pe hahah
 
Man I've been going so hard lately, my dick is seriously sore as fuck. Idk if this means I should go harder while it's wore out, or give my homie a chance to rest lol
