Does anyone else stretch while pretty damn sore?

yep if you train on the daily you will be sore a good amount of the time. Know the difference between pain and soreness if you feel any real pain like if something is wrong stop but if its just sore keep going
 
I usually don't get that sore. Today I was until I took a warm shower to warm up.
 
I have used the bathmate 3 times in a day 15 to 20 minutes, gotta tell you as long as I try not to get liquid retention and just do a quick stretching to keep my cock "warmed up" I get to train next day 2 times then go down to 1 next day to avoid fatigue or injury...I can do this just on weekends since I need to be able to get privacy and leisure time but is pretty good if you want to keep your dick swollen. If I feel pain or soreness I would evaluate the situation I rather stop 24 hrs than losing my dick or render it useless later.

I usually will work my way through soreness unless it is too much to handle. Normal soreness and fatigue usually do not stop me.

Ya i train through soreness. The few times i have been VERY sore i just reduced the intensity and performed my session as an active healing session. Ive always found that working girth a bit if very sore from a length workout will the soreness subside sooner

About like how doing a real light workout when you're sore from an intense one can help loosen up the muscles.

Hydrocortisone cream .1% works wonders on the skin, I have used it for the past 21 years, 12 years in PE and since that tie I have had absolutely no issues with the skin. I started using it on my face all those years ago to battle a rash I would get after shaving but since this point not only did the rash go away but I have never gotten any wrinkles either.

Yes sir, and go for the generic brand, it will save you a few bucks. It is excellent with rashes, iciness, dryness and other skin issues. Use a pea size portion after you have trained, massage it in until the cream fades...watch all your skin issues disappear.

What? You are avoiding the most important thing? Once you reach fatigue there is not as much resistance and it is the best time to stretch at....

It is true, if you reach the point of fatigue it is a perfect time to get stretching in. I would say stretching is at least 50% more effective when there is fatigue present.

Yes!!!! This need to be stressed- do not give length a rest! I would say- reach fatigue and do NOT stop going for more and more length riding the wave for months until the final length goal is reached LMAO!

Thats what I did, in my first 2 years of pe I was non stop, getting in sessions as much as I could. I would stretch at every chance I got. I would get in 100 jelqs every time I went to the bathroom. I was always in the Lazy Ass Stretch when sitting. I would do two full workout daily, night and day. This brought much of the gains I have today.

i have noticed when i hang consistently everday for a long period...let's say 2 weeks straight...then i take a few days off. when i get back to it i can always hang more weight. now my rest days are active rest day always...SRT FOR LIFE!!!

Sometimes a rest day allow the penis to reset and heal the tissue that has been broken down, so going back after a short rest will give you more potential to go even more intense. This is more typical to hanging due to the heavy resistance.
 
I went super intense stretching last night. Harder than I've ever gone. I'm not in pain, but I'm still debating a rest night or not. It has been a hell of a day.
