Okay, I guess it is my turn to give a little info here in this forum. I posted this last evening on �other forum� site and decide to post it here as well. I find the chamaraderie among all here amazing. I have been doing my own routines for several years prior to finding MoS. One routine I have perfected for myself over the past several months has produced solid gains in girth and I have gone from a about 5 3/4 inches to 6 3/4 inches in less than one year and the bulk (no pun intended) has occurred over the past two months (6 1/4 TO 6 5/8 INCHES. My BPFL is only 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 on good erections and has probably contributed to the solid gains I have made in this regard in that I can really bear down on the shaft with this routine.. By the way, starting out three to four years ago I measured 51/2 BPenis EnlargementL and 4 1/2 EG

I perform what I call a "Sqwash" maneuver. It is very strenuous and puts serious outer forces/stresses on the inner walls of the tunicae. Your penis has to be conditioned very well and no longer forming little pin prick blood bursts whenever pronounced pressure is applied to the shaft. I perform this with a 90% to full erection. Taking the palm of your hand you lay it just below the underside the head of the penis. Then supporting the sides of the shaft with your free hand you press fully against the the tip creating as much force toward the base of the shaft (pubo-coccyx area) as possible. The basic exercise places the forces down the long axis of the shaft forcing the blood to the outside of the tunicae.

As an abreviation of the routine as I am doing this I go ahead and allow a bow to form slightly, almost but not to a kink, and then slinky it back and forth along the entire length. The effect is dramatic and I always gain an more powerful erection as a result of the activity. There is some lingering dull pain that is very slight just after completing the exercise and has not produced lasting injury ever. And as an update, I started doing this routine the past couple days wearing a bull ring around the lower part of the shaft and this produces an even more pronounced effect but I am even more careful with it as it has produced some blood blisters when I have have become too aggressive. It really does some major stretching to the tunicae.
As a side note, bull rings I couldn't keep on for even a few minutes in a flacid state now are tight on my dick and I can wear them all day with no problem of them coming off in embarrassing places.

The other thing it has helped this 53 year old man with is now I have unbelievably strong erections and seem stronger than when I was a teenager. This may help those of you who have problems in this regard as well. I find it doing the sqwash actually has sensitized my penis even more when wearing briefs to the point now that I carry a 1/4th boner most of the time during the day.AND THIS IS BAD THING?? LMAO

Anyway, my wife wonders what the heck is going on as every time we have sex, I am stretching her again like a virgin. That has made for some fantastic sex for both of us again after having had four children. I feel like I am locked into her by the end of a love making session and the orgasms have been unbelievable.. :O

I would like to hear back from those with more length their success with this technique. I would think it might be more difficult to perform as a smaller penis seems to allow the "sqwashing" maneuver, I would think, a little easier.

Now if I can just get some serious length going along with the girth.It is a little disconcerting to be wider than I am long though my wife isn't complaining. ;) Later, s

If you do a search on this site for Slow Squash Jelq you might find its a pretty similar exercise (I think). I say that more to clarify how this is done as I am a having trouble picturing the exercise. Let us know if this is close to the same exercise.

Apparently I have'n't found those routines yet in this forum. I just thought it interesting if those routines are here why so many are having trouble with gains in girth. This has come so easy for me as to wonder if I had something new that others hadn't experienced yet. But then, I haven't had the success others are experienced in gaining length.... <:( So there ya are!!! lol

Are any of the hanging techniques here really good that they give credible gains. I have tried a couple other techniques over the years that have proved to be real disappointments. While my length gains using standard jelks and uli's as well as the sqwash have given gains, nothing near the girth gains have been forthcoming. If I could get to a non pressed 7 inches in length I would be in pig heaven. My NBPenis EnlargementL is still just slightly below 6 inches.
And of course a flaccid hang greater than 4 1/2 inches would be nice too. I am currently about 3 1/2 to 4 on good days and don't quite reach the bottom of my sac.

I think if more guys rocked the Slow Squash Jelq there would be very little who have a problem with girth.

I think that some people are just predisposed to either girth gains or length gains. Most concentrate on length over girth as most think of length when talkinng about dick sizes.

Hanging is very credible and alot of bros have gained from it. I think it's one of those exercizes that has alot of nuances and generally looks easier than it really is. I suggest you check out DLD's phase routines and read some of the progress threads to get an idea of how peoples have made gains. As i see it, if youu can gain girth, you can gain length. It sounds as if you are doing mainly girth exercises. Assuming those three exercises you listed are the ones you are doing. They are great for girth but as youve discovered they dont do alot for length.

Do you do any manual stretching? I am also a girth gainer and slow on the length. I have noticed a few exercises that help me alot with the length.

The best one for me has been erect stretches. These have helped tremendously. The next in line has been a combo between hanging for twenty minutes, doing the newbie routine stretches and then hanging another 20 minutes. This has helped me gain about a 1/4 flaccid stretch in about a month. I dont measure erect because my cock instantly goes down as soon as I pull out the ruler. Frustrates the shit out of me. Third would be the power assist exercises. I have been mixing these in also between my hanging sets and seems to help.
 
Thanks jakb. Actually I do quite a few lengthen type exercises throughout the day. I had a couple different devices off the market that I tried but neither did much for me. I found manual stretching both flaccid and erect have proven more useful. Neither has given the gains I see in my girth exercises though. I am eager to see more post from those using the Captn's Wench and BIBs Hanger and their comments..... Both sound interesting.

On another note.....Another vairation I do for girth is to place my erect penis against my stomach pointed toward my BB. Then again, taking the heel of my hand and my fingers around the sides of my shaft press downward as hard as I can tolerate. I slip my free hand under my scrotum to support the shaft in the upward direction allowing more force to be directed toward the outer walls of the tunicae. s
 
I took time to read several of DLD's routines. My exercises are similar though not exactly the same. I find that I can only tolerate doing a maximum of perhaps twenty reps of any one of the routines I posted at any given time. They are much too intense and I usually stop after about four or five to regain a maixumum erection and proceeding again till exhaustion after about five more. Once completed you will know immediately that you have done some major work on girth and your dick will both look and feel it.....Another nice thing, I usually do these with morning wood next to my wife and she doesn't even know I am doing them unless I show her what is going on. I find my morning wizz is better and I have a better cut-off of the stream with no after-dribble anymore as a result of doing the Swash routine. I think there must be some correlation to the exercise and strenghtening the whole pubo-coccyx area and muscles around the wall of the bladder leading into the urethra. Used to have all kinds of problems cleaning up before leaving the urinal for fear of some going down my pants leg. My ejaculate shoots much further now as well. later, s
