I think temporary gains are fantastic and may be an essential precursor to permanent gains. It is like unlocking new potential when you reach record temp. expansion that you can "fill in" and make permanent rather quickly. It seems Bathmate users are proving this to be true daily. Are the current Bathmate users also experiencing temp. erect length gains? I think some of you are, and if so, have you been able to achieve temp. erect length gains from other exercises? The reason I ask is that I have never been able to get any temp. erect length gains from any exercises. I can get temp. FSL gains from some, but the erect state remains unchanged. I can also get temp. erect girth gains. I know that the increases in FSL are great, I have had some good length gains thus far in my Penis Enlargement career, even without and temp. erect length gains. Any thoughts?

Those are very informative videos, very helpful in explaining temp. vs. permanent gains. I think my question was pretty confusing though, I guess what I was specifically trying to find out was if users are getting temporary erect length gains from the Bathmate. The temp. girth gains, both flaccid and erect, are apparent. In other words, are people using the Bathmate, then shortly after, becoming erect, and seeing temp. erect length gains? And the second part of the question is; if people are indeed seeing temp. erect length gains, have they been able to achieve temp. erect length gains from other exercises, such as stretching? I hope that was more clear:). Thanks DLD.

DLD, great video, ive been doing these supersets yout alk about for three weeks now, since i got the Bathmate, jsut getting better and better
im reaching new marks with length to, started off i couldnt just reach 18cm in the Bathmate, now im comfortably on 20, pushed it to 21 i reckon the other day
however that was too much, did get a weird buildup under my head but that was only because i really really pushed it, testing my limits, i was basically squirming in my seat.
so now i know my limits and stil slowly making gains, looking thicker and cant believe im comofrtably on 20cm in this thing in my supersets. havent measured my erect length gains as im waiting a couple of months too do a measurement.
Definately you are correct though, know fluid buildup when done with the jelqing, only reason i had the buildup that once was because i really really went over the top, wont do ihat again though, mr cautious here!!.

Im a newbie and have been super setting with normal jelqs, do you think i can do the slow squash jelqs if im still in the newbie faze?

You can start using SSJ just work into them slow and learn them before going full out.

Everyday would be best but if too much you could back it off a day at a time until you are in the zone.
 
i think it was on the Bathmate page but i can´t find it anymore.
it was something like : just a few workouts (15-20 minutes long ) per week over a few months and your penis will increase in girth and length.

maybe im wrong.
 
I got my Bathmate a few days ago and I've been using it twice a day for 20 min. at max/near max pressure. I put a silicone ring on the whole package after I used it this morning and I still have some temp. increase in girth:). I'm about to do another light session, I'll see how it goes. This is the first time the temp. girth has lasted more than a few minutes and it's been like this for hours, it's making me a little nervous to be honest. I also have some tiny red spots, pretty common to pumping. I've had the red spots from air pumping in the past, but never the sustained temp. girth increase as well. Am I over-doing it or should I stick to my routine? I think this is exactly what I need for growth, but it's scary to see my unit look different after so many hours since my last session. So, should I push forward or take a break? Thanks in advance.

I think this superset exercise is off the hook. i personally combine 5 minutes of Bathmate with 5 minutes of slow dry jelquing (as dry as you can be after using an aquapump). i see gains in girth about half an inch for many hours. even if it won't lead to permanent gains i have an easy to use exercise to give my dick enourmous tissue expansion without any fluid buildups, both flaccid and erect. and it's even fun! i'm about 7.3 inches in lenght and 5.3 in girth when erect and my modest goals are about 8*6, I think this is really working for me. thanks for the idea of these supersets, dld!
 
Much pressure = Dark Penis and other problems (very carefull) ... use only a comfortable pressure!
Even without permanent gains ... the struggle continues!

Thanks! It is the perfect combination. It expands girth big time and reduces fluid build up to almost nothing.
