Is it alright to stretch 10 times throughout the day for 1 minute or so while doing a stretching routine for 25 minutes ... for example- stretching after going to the bathroom or before bed... Remember I'm also stretching for 25 minutes a day later at night. I was thinking that I shouldnt stretch after the workout... any insight would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks
