So my new routine
(This routine is done with a length master)
10 minute tunica warm up
Bundled stretch left right up down straight out 2 minutes each
Than i do 1 minute and a half of mother of all lig stretches left and right cheek
3x1 minute downward stretches downward (left right straight down)
3 x1 minute straight out each way (left right straight out)
3 x1 minute upward stretches (up up left up right)
Than do 25 rotary cranks downwards, straught out, and straight up
And if i can get an erection i will do 10 minutes of erect stretching
Than i do low grip expressive stretches left right up down straight out 2 minutes each way

Than throughout the day i will do manual grip BTC 30 seconds and 25 rotary cranks when i go pee

I wear an ab silicone sleeve throughout the day.
My goal is .5 inches by may.
Is this doable?
Anyone have reccomendations?

Looks great for a length only routine, the only thing I would add is some Expressive stretching which will yield gains from internal penis. Other than that it looks great.
 
Starting to think my ligament stretching isnt intense enough. I dont feel much pull when i do the simple directional stretches.
Anything more intense i should replace them with?

I would do multi-directional BTC bundled stretches using the LM. Use a 360 degree twist if possible. I promise that you will feel it in the ligaments. Carefully increase the stretch slowly to your limit.

these are a great series of stretches, and Randolpho is spot-on that you will definitely feel it
 
I already do that. Said that in my original post thats what the mother of all ligs stretch is.
This may sound stupid, but is that a ligament stretch?

Yes it is a ligament stretch.
 
And what about my other questions such as should i do 2 20 minute hanging sets instead of the 1 minute pulls?
Also could i gain .5 inches in 3 months with this routine? What else should i add?

Do both! The more the better. And yes, off you stick to this and remain consistent and progressive you can make a half inch gain in 3 months.
