So I'm good with the kind of overhand OK grip which you do for example when stretching straight down, but when I do the grip for stretching it straight out or rotaries (thumb on top of shaft, under glans), there's still a lot of force and friction on my head and my head hurts when stretching with good intensity. At first I ignored it thinking it's fine and normal but then I got a small red spot tender to touch on the edge of my mushroom which I'm fairly sure is because I've been putting up with pain from the grip I described. I guess it will heal but still I don't want to risk working through it today and I was hoping you guys can help with the grip or any other tips. I mean I don't want to be getting these irritations every couple of days and having to stop. Anyway I'll post pics of what I'm doing when stretching.View attachment 30075

well i think you should grip whit your index finger facing the opposite direction in the pics your index finger is pointing to the "left" you should flip your hand upsid down and the back of your hand would be covering your glans thats the way i stretch and you would get more room for a better grip...hope my words are clear ahaha

I get what you mean and I do that when stretching down, but doing that while performing rotaries or a straight up stretch would require quite a bit of contortion, wouldn't it?
 
well when you stretch straight up you can use your own weight as if you would want to lift your own weight i think..while trying the rotaries is the same thing except when you try to crank down you can do the opposite cranking down and pulling your weight back that can create certain tension...hope it helps
 
Or maybe you can grip an inch before the glans and that would not be such a problem then. Try it- I used to have the exact some problem (since I am uncut) and ever since I started gripping an inch below the glans it all started being just fine. :)

the same thing happens to me but i think i have no problem with it..specially during rotary cranks this happens..
what i do is kegel or get some blood in the glans and then stretch ..your problem will be sloved.
also i realized that you are getting a grip of the internal skin . dont do this or you will grow internal skin like i did....
 
I find it very creative! Using your own bodyweight to stretch sure does it make a lot more intense! I have some links to threads (exercise threads) where the OPs explain about such exercises- they sure are intense, because the force applied is a lot more, which leads to better stretch (and better deformation and stress for the penis to adapt to). The only way I see this happening (using your own weight while performing the upward stretches) is to stretch upwards and start slowly sqatting down (trying to keep your hand at its exact position).

Now what I used to do before (and sometimes still do) is to put my thumb right under my glans and bend my glans over the thumb (which makes it much harder for the hand to slip over the glans while performing intense manual stretching). I used that for upward stretches and rotaries. :)
 
that sounds cool ...then i can do my leg workout that is squatting with PE......lol:)

But if I don't pull the skin back before gripping I'll get the head and shaft and foreskin in my grip and then when I apply force the head will simply slip into the foreskin and I'd end up stretching skin, so how does that work? I just can't see away around destroying my shroom while stretching.
 
dont do rotary cranks for some time because that is one major exercise when the grips slips to the head.
try changing you grip style ..u are using reverse ok grip ....now try normal ok grip where the three fingers face upwards.
i am guessing you have extra skin growth like me.now what you have to try is keep the skin in place where it is supposed to be right behind the glans. then make your grip and pull.
ok try this so the penis head is not invloved in stretching
1. get some blood in penis.
2. make ok grip behind glans with decent intensity
3. jelq blood in penis shaft to glans with other hand
4.as the other hand reaches the grip hand... increase intensity to trap blood in it.
5.then stretch the way you want to without releasing the grip hand

this way your head will be bigger in size and the hand wont slip over it.
 
Maybe your girp is important and it wouldnot allow your skin to interfere whit the stretchings

In the beginning it takes time to strengthen the hands to attain a better grip. This happens pretty quickly and daily PE will get you there fastest. I would experiment with different grips to find which feels most natural to you. If grip continues to be an issue you should look into getting a LengthMaster which does all the gripping for you allowing you to stretch the penis with both hands via the handle bars of the LM.
