I am currently doing the newbie routine and ending the workouts with 30min edge sessions. I tried performing SSJ's during my edging and the expansion was great. Continuous bloodflow with the girth exercises seems to help alot. I will be performing SSJ's with all my edging sessions.

This sounds very good to do after your sessions. Great way for girth expansion too :) hope to see your results soon.

Very good. Bvck, I also advice you to check out the SRT Size Blasters, they are similar but a lot more fun.
 
SSJ's can be performed everyday? I read that a day of rest should be in between girth sessions.

edging + SSJs is what I do sometimes too, it's great

every single day is ideal as long as you are still having good erection quality
 
Okay so everyday is better than having rest days for growth. For some reason every 20 days I end up shrinking .25 in girth and length.

That shouldn't happen. Give gains 2-3 months to be apparent.
 
you have to listen to your body. if your erections are weaker maybe take a break from the exercise or device causing the fatigue but continue with manuals and kegels. sometimes gaining and training and fatigue can be a balancing act, but once you find the sweet spot you grow faster
 
When I continue without rest despite drop in size. It goes back to normal, but shrinks again. Kinda weird. My erections tend to feel sore but the next day it's back to normal.

There is always a temp gain and a temp loss but they become relative as you gain meaning, these two things will always exist but in the process you will cement bigger and bigger sizes. So if you are 6 inches right now you may experience a half inch temporarily and due to fatigue lose that same half inch but as the gains cement it will be 7 inches, than 8 inches and so on. PE is like climbing a massive mountain, you are not always going up, there are valleys and peaks until you reach the top.

That's good, try a more separate ejaculation. Or spread out when you ejaculate so that your EQ has time to recover.

Exactly, these slight, but important, gains and loses are how PE progresses. Checking every two minutes is like watching the paint dry. Give yourself at least 3 months of steady, consistent and progressively intense work and the full understanding of my comment comes into light.
 
Another question. Should I perform SSJ sitting or standing? I noticed a larger erection and maybe more expansion sitting, but my peyronies or testicle started to hurt. When attempted standing I noticed a smaller erection, but alot of expansion in the CS and easier to perform the exercise and no pain. Do these exercises help the CC too?

There's a spot where if you sit down you can get your dick hard. Either position works. I'm lazy so I just sit down. Do the exercise in the manner where you don't get hurt.
 
The pain might be from my testicle because I haven't ejaculated. Or from my possible peyronies plaque possibly trying to expand. Appreciate the quick responses.

I sit or lay down, standing takes way too much effort :)
