The most common side effects when using tadalafil are headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects reflect the ability of PDE5 inhibition to vasodilate (cause blood vessels to widen) and usually go away after a few hours. Back pain and muscle aches can occur 12 to 24 hours after taking the drug, and the symptom usually disappears after 48 hours.

In May 2005, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration found that tadalafil (along with other PDE5 inhibitors) was associated with vision impairment related to NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy) in certain patients taking these drugs in the post-marketing (outside of clinical trials) setting. Most, but not all, of these patients had underlying anatomic or vascular risk factors for development of NAION unrelated to PDE5 use, including: low cup to disc ratio (“crowded disc”), age over 50, diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia and smoking. Given the small number of NAION events with PDE5 use (less than 1 in 1 million), the large number of users of PDE5 inhibitors (millions) and the fact that this event occurs in a similar population to those who do not take these medicines, the FDA concluded that they were not able to draw a cause and effect relationship, given these patients underlying vascular risk factors or anatomical defects. However, the label of all three PDE5 inhibitors was changed to alert clinicians to a possible association.

In October 2007, the FDA announced that the labeling for all PDE5 inhibitors, including tadalafil, requires a more prominent warning of the potential risk of sudden hearing loss as the result of postmarketing reports of deafness associated with use of PDE5 inhibitors.[3]


I am wondering if I should try this out. I am fine the first go around, but I seldom ever go again after the first time and don't have that much desire. I'm just not as horny after I get some and really am not horny for another couple days. However, even if I do want to go a second time its not real easy to get aroused.

I order from alldaychemist, and they site you posted say they "match prices guaranteed". That's a lie, because they don't. They're very expensive. I would drop them and go with another affiliate

I got my order in about 7 days also comes with tracking you have to pay extra for that but worth it.

Hey everyone whats up, im new to the forums and fairly new to community of Penis Enlargement .. I figured someone might would want to hear a full experience with this supplier since when doing my research on it there wasnt too much available except their word and you never know about these types of things.. so here goes:

I made my order on the XL Pharmacy website using my Visa Debit Card, I selected the 40 100MG pills ( the lowest amount because I was still unsure) ..I chose the express 10 Day shipping which brought my order total to $99.00 .. I recieved a tracking number and all that good stuff , my order came from India inroute to Alabama and was here in 9 days.

I was so skeptical about this and what the quality would be ,I was like "how could this one be so cheap when at a pharmacy 1 pill is 15$ for the brandname" ... 2 weeks ago I had a 50MG brandname viagra I cut in half and used rougly 25mg at one session it worked pretty well of course ..So this week i took the XLpharmacy pill and cut it into 4 sections one section being a little larger than the rest (may have been 28mg), I took the larger just to make sure because I had no idea if this stuff was very potent or even going to work at all...and before I knew it, holy crap .. this stuff worked better than anytime I had ever tried a regular brand pill I thought i was gonna be on of those people who had the erection lasting over 4 hours lol..and on my2nd dosage different day,I took an even smaller piece because the stuff is so potent and it still was better than the 50MG brandname cut in half.... So I hope this review helped someone out and I am in no way affiliated with this company, im just a country boy trying to get laid and do some Penis Enlargement

Just a word about the blue pill. I have a friend who is about 10 years younger than I (30) and for a special occasion he borrowed one of his old man's pills. He was warned to cut the pill into quarters or thirds as you will end up in the E-room if your erection stays longer than 4 hours, however my buddy took what he termed the smallest amount the pill and ended up working his old lady all night to the point she begged him to stop, (this was never a problem before) (She will always remember "that" night I am sure"..
