It appears that there isn't enough skin on the left side of my shaft near the glans.(Right side of picture) My penis used to really curve to the left before I started P.E. It took me a couple of years of trying intensely to fix it as well as around 5 years of left hand masturbation. It still has that slight twist and curve near the top and I hate it. If I pull apart the skin that is "stretched" as seen on the right of the picture I can see stretch marks. This makes me believe that I don't have enough skin there. What is the deal? Why isn't the skin uniform like it is on the left of the picture? What could I do to fix this?

It "looks like" you were probably circumcised too tightly. This can actually cause issues like curvatures in erection. Do you have any slack skin when flaccid? In other words, does any skin cover any part of your glans, or is all skin back behind, or far from your glans? I would say just keep on doing your PE. The extra skin will come over time and things 'should' balance out.
 
You can apply hydrocortisone which makes the skin much more supple, and could aid you in stretching it. Its way way harder to stretch the tunica than the skin. So much that we came up with bundled stretches for better tunica deformation. Not to mention the bundles really go to work on your skin as well.

I agree with Still. I too had a very tight circ. and when I started PE it did hinder a bit for maybe a month but soon things started to stretch out. Today I have about 1/2 of my foreskin back and no more tightness.

Thanks for the feedback. What exercises did you find helped stretch it out the most? Should I try and do some foreskin restoration for a little bit? Also there is no skin at all that goes over my glans when i'm flaccid.

What I did to get the skin loosened to the point of comfort was a foreskin exercise I never really named. Basically get yourself fully erect and with you penis pointing up, grip at the base of the penis and slide as much skin over the head as possible. You can do this for 10 minutes a day and within a couple weeks you will see a big difference. Skin stretch is extremely fast.

When you say pointing up would that be towards my face?

this is what i have in my SG, the scar i have on my left side due to the skin being too short. I am uncut though

Would this work having the penis facing downwards? Seems better due to gravity but eh idk.
 
For what it's worth, I've been using the VLC a little less than a year and it didn't take long for me to gain extra skin. Might be an idea.

No but seriously, I have the same problem of being a victim of a tight circumsion too. The problem is every time I stretch the skin, I fill it back up within a week because I keep gaining length. Not sure that's really a problem per say, but yeah, that's what's happening.
