I got my SizeGenetics and have a few questions

1. How much pull should i feel

2. im 6.1 nbpel and 7 bpel im using a long bar and a med is that right

3. My glads are getting cold but not changing color am i cool

4. i lost 1 of the small rods can i get another

5. i feel a warm sensation mostly under my glands where its wrapped is that normal

6. I plan on wrapping at night is a 10 min Bathmate session after im done with the sg a good idea. Or would that hurt my gains

Are you doing anything besides the SG? If not then I would recommend doing the newbie routine prior to the SG. Getting stretched out will help you with the SG and, frankly, you'll get better gains with the newbie routine anyway unless you do end up wearing the SG for 4-6 hours a day which almost no one does.

You should stretch to what's comfortable for you without hurting you. What's your wrap like? Is it comfortable to the skin or are you just losing circulation over time because that is normal. How long can you stay in the SG before you dick head gets cold/begins losing sensation? I'm not familiar with the warm sensation you're describing.

Yes, a 10 min session afterwards is fine. I used to do this myself. Do expressive stretching while wearing the Bathmate. DLD has a post on Bathmate stretches somewhere here. Keep in mind that working girth as a general routine focus prior to getting the length gains you want is not recommended by most Penis Enlargement brothers but Bathmate is fine.

I pull to 8.25 BPFSL. Initially I pulled at 7.75. I can currently wear all bars minus the two small ones for up to a half hour. It's intense for me. It's the newbie routine that got me these gains, not the SG. Not saying the SG can't do it but I don't have time to be in it for 4 hours a day unless I want to dump my hot ass girlfriend and/or quit my job.

Yeah, you can get another bar.

You can click the link in my signature for the SizeGenetics and search the page for "Spare Parts" it is at the bottom. From there you can order parts. I promised earlier and have not forgotten, but eventually spare parts will be available through Matters of Size at a deep discount.

1. Yes im doing Hardcore Bathmate streches and Bathmate girth blasters in the am. Once i get home i do basic stretches and then strap on the SG

2. I think my wrap is good but being that i am new at this i may not know what it should feel like. It takes about 45 min to get cold.

3. I looked into that . From what i gathered Bathmate is ok most say avoid clamping until you get length

4. Once i find the sweet spot and can get it on fast enough i will wear it to work.

i wrap with a some ace use the foam ring and use the velcro mod to lock it on

Awesome, is that comfortable for you and do you feel you can get optimum stretch? I personally love the Velcro mod, I also really dig the VLC Tugger Mod, both are excellent.

Thats the issue I'm not sure how much pull I should be feeling. I can feel a strong pull and no real pain. Just cold glands and a warm feeling at the wrapping point and under. I went for 4 hours yesterday. Break every hour doing streches and waiting for my head to get warm.

I think I'm on the right track I just want to make sure I'm doing it right .

To answer your question on is one long bar and a medium good Im also 7 bpel and I use 2 long bars a side so that's 2cm more at the same length. I sometimes even do 2 long and the short bar a side. I would Think you could add at least the short bar on there now

Do you mean you do two longs bars in addition to the medium bar that's already on there or that you do one long bar and the medium which is holding the springs?

I add 2 Long bars to each side. So 2 long bars and the base bar. Lately I've also been getting the small bar on so I have all of the bars on that it came with except the med bar.

About an inch past. Its just over 8 inchs with the 2 long bars and last I checked I was 7. I haven't checked in a about 6 weeks though and I'm prob a little longer now I'd say Maybe 7.25. I've been to pretty easily add the small bar lately to the 2 long bars so I might have grown a little. I'm gonna measure this weekend and start a routine thread. I'm doing something all day now

Could you give me an idea of about how long (hours) it took you to make such progress in terms of stretching that far past EL? I'm pretty much a novice at the SG so just curious as to how you went about it.

I don't know when I started to do an inch past el because when I got sg I hadent found mos yet and didnt know about pe at all. I just put the sg on 3-4hrs a day and did nothing else at all. I measured when I started of course and I was 6bpel. At 3 months I was at 6.5 and at 7 months I was 7in. I'd assume from how well I gained that I was past my el but I didn't know at that time that I was supposed to be. I've always gone for max tension. I don't measure very often because in a month 1/8 of an inch would be great but I like to see at least 1/4in gain and for me at this point I'd be happy with that in a couple months or even 3. I'd say based on that fact that I've added another bar I'm probably a little longer than last measurement. Hopin for 7.25 and I've increased my daily work load a lot recently and wouldn't be surprised to hit 7.5 very soon. Would like to be 8.5 by the end of the year
 
Yeah I'm totally at a loss for this fucking thing. No matter WHAT I do it seems like I can't wear it for more than half an hour. Which probably means I'm not using the methods correctly but who knows. Just feels like I keep spending money and wasting time and it's really starting to piss me the fuck off. As a sidenote, in my first 45 days now on MOS I've gained about .4 in EL and somewhere between .5 and .6 in BPFSL. This is really fucking frustrating though, because I would really like to use this thing, as it seems like such a good device.
 
what helps me stay in it is streching good before strapping on . I also use the Velcro mod with foam ring and ace wrap its just about finding your sweet spot . I also plan on buying the tugger

I stretch for at least 30 minutes before I put the SG on, it's not about being stretched--I must be doing something wrong I just don't know what. I tried a version of the Velcro mod and that's kind of what I'm using now. Were you able to find double sided velcro? I asked for it at the hardware store and they looked at me like I was crazy and showed me a bunch of other Velcros (sticky sided, etc.)
