Retaining Fluid Retention from the BM during intercourse

So I really enjoy the extra girth the fluid retention with the Bathmate gives me, but I am always dissapointed that the swelling goes down pretty fast during the sexual relationship and I find myself back to my regular erect size 10-15 minutes after the beginning of the intercourse.

I must admit that I lose a bit of self confidence at the same time <

How can I keep my erect penis swollen or the Fluid retention for a longer period of time?

Simple, use a cock ring. Generally I pump with a cock ring on as this reduces fluid build up. However, if I want a huge cock (girth more than length) for a sex session, then I dont use a cock ring whilst pumping. When I am ready to leave the pump, I put a cock ring around the cyclinder, push it down until its round my cock, and then pull the cyclinder off. Hey presto - monster cock which stays much longer than 10-15 mins. You cna of course just pull the cyclinder off and slip on a cock ring. I never heard of a cock ring before, but wouldn't a constricting device stop blood from entering in the penis as much as it would stop fluid retention from leaving? (meaning I will not be able to get and maintain an erection with a rubber ring around the base of my penis)

I am in the bath and my penis has filled the whole girth of the Bathmate cylinder (usually happens after 45 minutes). My penis is in a flacid state in the cylinder (no erection).

Now, I remove the Bathmate and put on the ring? Do I just roll the ring around the Bathmate to the base of my penis and remove the Bathmate?

The part about 'Kegel in more blood' is an expression when we 'flex' the pelvic floor muscle or PC muscle for short which is known as a kegel. This pushes blood into the penis when we are erect and when fully erect and done fast results in a penis bobbing upwards and downwards.

I notice you use the Bathmate flaccid and its still ongoing which is better in terms of effectiveness with being fully erect, semi or flaccid but my advice is try it as erect as you can while in the Bathmate. Speaking from my own experiences and some I have noted, more fluid appears when the erection is less full.

Regarding that cock ring. You place a cocking over the penis head and down the shaft! It can be just that, around the shaft at the base OR you may have a flexible cock ring or even clamp and do it around the whole package but remember its not all about TIGHTNESS because that will choke your dick I would say keep it firm but not tight so it stops blood flow, you want it slowing down so engorgement happens not stop it which causes cell death.

Hey guys, I will post a few pictures. I am really not sure if the cockring is too tight or what, but after I put it on after my Bathmate session, I couldn't pee because it was too tight and I was in a bit of pain because of the tension on the base of the penis. I don't think I would have gotten an erection either.

Looks a bit tight in the last picture. It only needs to be tight enough to hold the pump.
