It really will give you a great separation for the lower scrotum and your lower shaft. When this is loosened not only do you hang lower and heavier but length gains come on faster due that area of skin being stretched by the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch.

I saw a video where the testicle massage was done so I know how to do it now. The best time for me to do it will be right after taking a shower.

Very interesting thread, lots of good knowledge in here. When I hit the bathmate again, which wont really be until I get to grips with extenders, and gain more length I shall go for 50-60 minute sessions with something like the thread starer posted in stages of 5 minute sets using clamped SSJs in between for a minute or so.

Yeah, when I achieve my erect goals, this is what I shall do to aim for the late 7 inch girth range, and into the 8 inch.

That’s the best routine for the Bathmate. You can find much more information about it in the SRT thread it’s called the 5×5×3 routine
