I just want to share my experiences with todays workout. I've been on and off from PE for years but have been sticking to it for a while now. I only focus on girth as I'm already hitting bottom on most girls so I've been using the hydromax.

My problem has always been fluid retention. I get it to a crazy extent and doing supersets with SSJ has not seemed to help at all. I've tried doing shorter sets since I read about fluid retention mostly being a product of time. But that didnt help at all.

Today I tried something different. I did less pressure. I did one set of 5 min pumping on medium pressure. Then I did 4 sets of 1 min SSJ. I then did another medium pressure set of 5 min and then did 6 sets of 1 min SSJ.

No noticeable retention happened at all and I got great expansion. Actually my cock was pretty much as big now as it was when I got the crazy fluid retention before but this time it was obvious it was all tissue expansion and no fluid.

Just wanted to share this and maybe it will help someone who also struggle with fluid retention :)
 
I wish I had an environment that would allow me to do SSJs. Everyone says switching back and forth in some manner works very well and builds girth faster.

Wife and kids in the house. I can get in length sessions when my wife is at work since we have opposite work hours. BM sessions I sneak in at night when I shower but wouldn't have the proper "motivation" to maintain the EQ needed for SSJs.

As long as you are getting the right expansion which is tissue expansion I think you are fine but make sure you are doing SSJ always, lots of it. I also want to say that you aren't well conditioned enough and that's why you are not able to do a 5 minutes set without having fluid retention. What is your current length size at the moment?

Thanks for the advise and it is smart advice. Everyone may have a different way of training with the BathMate. The BathMate 5x5x3 routine is a place to start. If things are not working as they should adjustments should be made depending on the issue. It is tenacity that helps us get where we wanna be.

Yes that was also my thought about why I get so much fluid retention. Or at least one of my theories. Thats why I decided to try this approach. My length is what its always been. About 7.5 inches. I haven't tried to make it longer since I really feel that its long enough when I cant push it all inside a girl. I've only been with one girl that could actually take the whole thing. I think as long as your length is above average then girth is where its at.

How do you measure your length? Is it from the top or from the side?

I measured the side of my penis at the top. This gives me a more consistent measurement than right at the center as I pull stronger on the right side. It is still anchored to the bone but slightly to the left of center.
 
I've been doing the same workout for the last few days since posting this and getting the same result. Great, real tissue expansion. Considering how many I've seen comment about fluid retention and how many probably think that is tissue expansion I hope other newbies will see this and try it.

I was measuring from the top of the penis before. Now I'm going to shift to the left side top measurement because my left Ligament is a bit longer than the right.

I don't want to believe that but let me ask a question. When taking my flaccid stretched measurement, do I need to pull hard on the penis? Very hard?

As hard as you can. I hate doing that measurement because it's hard pull and hard push with the ruler all at once.

I have truly gained both in length and girth though I rarely talk about it on my progress log or anywhere on the forum. I want to keep on gaining
