Well, I am very new obviously but wanted to tell you all my routine and get your thoughts. I have a SG and a Bathmate x30. I started with manuals about a month ago, started SG about 2 weeks ago and started the BM 3 nights ago. All slowly increasing intensity. I also have a vlc that i was going to try to incorporate as an ADS but have not done that yet.

As it is right now. I do bundles in the morning for 10 minutes before work. I come home and do bundles for 10 minutes. Rest up a bit. Then before i shower i do bundles and manual stretches for 10 minutes and 5 minute jelqing mixed. Then in the shower, 2 minutes in the BM followed by 2 minute jelq. Then, 4 minutes BM and 4 min jelq and time depending i repeat that step. Out of the shower SSJ for 3 or 4 minutes. Once in bed i use the SG for usually about 2 hours or until i fall alseep.

What do you all think of this?

Looks good and I think you have read through SRT with some of the stuff you will be doing. It is good how you are being progressive with being overzealous, this will be a great quality in your PE journey. Do you want this to be your Progress Thread or will you start one in the Progress section? I can move this thread if you want, let me know.
 
I can start a progress thread. I have taken initial measurments but am a little hesitant to take another yet..lol..but when i do i will start a progress thread and report on any gains I find.

Pretty good routine.Did you do the kegel exercise?If not,do it.Start slowly,50-100 a day.Very important exercise.

Have no worries! We all start somewhere and the first and most important part of Penis Enlargement is the initial measurements. They must be done right and accurate.

Correctly Charting Your Measurements

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis (see below).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)


Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
3. Stretch penis straight out
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis


Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.


Flaccid Length
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Penis Flaccid Circumference

Looks great. If you can get in any more extending that would only help.
 
Thanks dld and ykm. I do kegals quit a bit actually. When im driving and stop at a red light. Whenever im at my desk ect. I also have been doing them while using the BM and while in the SG. But, I always do the set with the newbie routine. Its one of those things that when you start and get used to doing it, you kind of do them with out paying any attention to it sometimes.

Looks like i took my initial measurments correctly....for the most part. I have them written down on a piece of paper somewhere. Once I find them and have the time to fix up my profile I can add it all there.

Get those measurements into your progress thread ASAP! You do not want to go this without solid initial measurements or you will have no idea if you have gained.
