Hi!
After many years of being unsatisfied with the size of my penis, being mocked in the shower and having women giving me the cold shoulder after putting their hand down my pants or looking down in bed, I’ve finally decided to go through with surgery. The nature of such a expensive and risky procedure does of course require alot of advice, questions answered and assertions approved/disapproved on before-hand. This is where you guys come in. I really hope some of you can take the time off to read through this entire post and give me some good answers. After all, your answer may probably affect me for the rest of my life.
Thanks in advance!

Facts:
Age: 21

BPFL: 3,0“
NBPFL: 2,6“
FG: 3,7“

BPenis EnlargementL: 4,9“
NBPenis EnlargementL: 4,5“
EG: 4,5“

[I guess the fact part was just to show that my reasons are well justified]

Penile lengthening

1. Assertion: Stay away from Dr. Giunta and Dr. Rheinsheild (Although Giuntas Laser surgery method sounds promising)
2. Assertion: Use Dr. Alter, Dr. Krakovsky or Dr. Rosenthal. (Priority in that order)
3. Question: Are there any other surgeons that do a better job than the ones above?
4. Assertion: Length gains are usually only flaccid post-op, but Penis Enlargement will give gains erect over time.
5. Assertion: Penis Enlargement should be started as soon after surgery as possible to maximize gains, so having lenghtening done alone without any widening, then stretching for some time and doing the widening on a later point is the most effective.
6. Assertion: Promised gains of 1,5-2 inch FL and 1-1,5 inch EL are optimistic, even with alot of Penis Enlargement.
7. Question: What is the chance of having no or even negative length gain (retraction)?
8. Question: Will any gains caused by the surgery and Penis Enlargement go away if not regularly stretching for the rest of my life?
9. Assertion: Severe loss in erect angle and stability is only a myth. If so, it’s less than 10%.
10. Question:

Penis Enlargement Post-Op
Posted as an own post.

Penile widening
10. Assertion: Stay away from Dr. Giunta and Dr. Rheinsheild.
11. Assertion: Stay away from Alloderm, it’s expensive, doesn’t feel normal (less sensation), produce small gains, possibly thins out on the middle of the shaft over time and leaves terrible scars.
12. Assertion: Stay away from FFT, it reabsorbs and can leave bumps, creates uneven penis shaft, more likely for infections etc.
13. Assertion: Use Dr. Krakovsky or Dr. Rosenthal (latter only uses Alloderm though)
14. Assertion: Dermal Grafts from own tissue is the least risky, but leaves even more terrible scars than the use of Alloderm (since you have to extract it from somewhere on your body. May thin out as well.
15. Question: Does any of the widening procedures in any way affect the length of the penis?
16. Question: What is the chances of infections or any other problems connected to Dermal Graft widening?
17. Question: Is there any real loss of sensation or discomfort to the penis during masturbation or sex after healing period is over?
18. Will the scarring be permanent?
19. Are the gains permanent with Dermal Graft widening?

No sugar coating, your current length makes you a poor candidate for a combined procedure. An ethical choice would be length than girth in this particular instance.
Penile lengthening
3. Question: Answer: No.
8. Question: Answer: No.
Penile widening
16. Question: Answer: 5 men out of 750men complication rate; this is not a direct reflection of surgery, but the ability of men to follow post-op protocol. A lot will be up to you.
17. Question: Answer: I have never come across a permanent loss of sensation complaint with Dr. K.
18. Answer: yes, but scars will fade. Typically the ones around the penis are very undetectable.
19. Answer: Yes!

You're only 21. Could you get serious with a Penis Enlargement routine Now and commit to it for the next 12 months? I bet you could achieve the same results as surgery within a year. You might get more girth with surgery but I bet you could match that without surgery within 1 1/2 to 2 years.

If you work hard for 12 months and still want the surgery then have at it. I'm just guessing but I'd say you probably wouldn't look back 12 months from now regretting the Penis Enlargement you did. You might regret the surgery though.

Many surgery techniques require hanging and other non-surgical post-op Penis Enlargement stuff already known to work right here. You might end up hanging for 6 months anyway. Seems a shame to spend 10 grand on a hanger... :)

i'd have to agree with BTC on the "do length first" deal. even my surgeon said it was a better way to go, even though its easier to do both all in one shot, and i went in for surgery at around 7nbp. it makes for a more even looking penis when you have the girth surgery done.

Hey!
Thanks for your replies. I will adress you respectively.
DLD: I have read those threads before.. kind of need my questions answered personally.. like getting it in with a teaspoon :p

BTC killer:
Finally some real, direct answers. Thanks!!!
First off, are you saying that my girth is as near up to normal that a widening surgery would prove unecessary? (girls say girth means for the sensation, but too wide is of course painful) Dermal graft with dr. k would give me FG of 4.7-5.7" and 5.5-6.5" EG. is that too wide?
8. so the rumours of the penis retracting when quitting Penis Enlargement and physiotherapy are false? great!
16. okay.
17. great!
18. great!
19. not like FFT and Alloderm, then?

chaco: i am going to do intense Penis Enlargement for AT LEAST 12 months.. i'm not sure about doing the girth, i don't really need that part so much, but girth gains doing post-op with the ligs cut are more than welcome.
i might regret the surgery.
i might also regret not doing the surgery.
it's a hard call.

moregains123: i don't understand. you say normal hanging routines and other Penis Enlargement routines (manual, traction, pumping etc.) are identical to what is reasonable for post-op Penis Enlargement? Could i please get a specific routine i could use post-op?
i'm not using 10 grand. i'm using 3-5 grand. i'm making the equiment myself and i already have the andropenis extender. but thanks for your comment :)

stillhangin: you had 7" nbp pre-surgery? wow.. i'm not sure i'd even do non-surgical Penis Enlargement with that.. but hey, please tell me about how your surgery went and the gains/problems afterwards! eager to follow your diary...
i totally agree on separating the two procedures with a fair amount of hanging between them (at least a year). no doubt that it is the best way to go if doing surgery.

Thanks alot for your shared opinions knowledge so far, keep the replies coming in...

You'll most likely regret surgery, or like some people you might just be not satisfied and have 3 surgeries. And surgeries will also require post surgery exercises so I don't see what's the point. Almost all surgery stories were of people who were unsatisfied or negative ones, even some of the best ones claimed the results to be temporarily.

I know you're not looking for opinions about whether or not you should do it, but I feel sad when see a man taking such a risk when natural healthy enlargement is possible.

the only reason i went in with a 7nbp was because i hit a wall with gains over the previous 4 months or so before the surgery.

now i'm hanging with The Grip with only 2 pounds on it, and i'm feeling stretches i've never felt before, and its not like i haven't hung....before surgery i was hanging with the bib at around 20 and the grip at around 10-12. the thing i love about the grip is you can wear it for 3 hours straight, and you get like zero fluid buildup or corpse-dick.

I say this with respect. You guys are crazy with this operation thing.

surgery with a 7inch nbp?

There is enough gain to be gotten from manual routines to take 99% of the lower sized % to average or high average lengths.

I dont care if you dont want opinions about this because it is a foolish thing to do and I have to try and stop someone from doing foolish things even if they dont want the opinion.

You are setting yourself up for a waste of money and problems down the road.

Doctors who perform this operation on a healthy penis which is slightly small should have their licenses revoked.

A man has a right to do what he wants with his body. I think women are crazy to get breast implants. Most don't need them, but it makes them happier. There are similar risks, short and long term involved. It's a risk most people who get plastic surgery done are willing to take. Doctors who perform this surgery are delivering a service that men want. The one's who repeatedly screw up procedures, or use techniques like FFT, which are not permanent, but are sold as such, should get their licences revoked.

wow...thank you for bringing something intelligent to this conversation....do you want to elaborate a little?

Don't count on it. He has similar "insight" on just about every topic he replies to.

penis surgeries have much more risks than breasts implants, and the results are far less satisfying. Maybe when penis enlargement surgery is as practical people like me wouldn't advise against it, but that's not happening in the present, that is exactly the point.

so what you are implying is that people like me who have had it are kind of Dick-Pioneers...willing to take the risk so that others may benefit...

i know...it seems that he brings nothing to every topic he posts in...like he just does it to get his post count up, making it look like he knows something to all the new guys who don't know any better...

that's one way to see it, though I doubt you're doing it for the benefit of others. You're doing it for your self esteem, but it just happens that you're being a lab rat at the same time.

I mean no offense, but that's how I see such a risk, you only get one penis.
