time off is definitely a killer. although i noticed if u do it periodically it can give me a personal best to do a hard sesh right after a day or two off

so that for your next session you are recouperated and can give it your all, is that what you are saying? I used to do that sometimes I felt that I could do more when I was well rested.

true that one or two days off can help if we know what are we doing whit our PE life.

Im going to have to agree with DLD on this one. Before i took 4 months off of PE (busy schedule) i was about 8.1" BPFSL and now since i have started back up again i am back at around 7.8". Consistency is KEY. If you want to cement gains i would say always be doing PE even it is just a few sessions a week for about 10 minutes, or you can go about .5" over your goal size so that your goal size will be your new cemented size.

And those small decreases return extremely quickly, sometimes in the first couple days! When things are uncemented they will not remain gains but they will remain quickly accessible. Consistency, even after your goals are met, is vital also. Now, I am not saying you need to train balls to the wall for the rest of your life, what I am saying is a light, maintenance program should be implemented to not only cement uncemented gains but also to keep the penis in top health. Once a week is plenty and will keep your penis healthy, strong, thick and long!

And I'd say, there could be a slight amount of overthinking going on too......lol, half a cm.....that's what, less than a quarter of an inch...... Flaccid length, is very unpredictable, and affected by seems like everything!! Temp, mood, activity, inactivity......they can all, and many more, can make it vary. I wouldn't stress over it too much. But, if also say, it could've been from the break, or a hard workout, either one.

I know, but you surely know the feeling that your hard earned gains may be lost, well, some of them lol

For sure! But.....that usually just makes it worse! Lol, a little stressing, and he'll just keep backing up! Lol.

Any gains that are lost were never cemented to begin with but they will return with the first few days on return. Gaining is only part of the process, retaining the gains through proper healing is also very important. A good rule of thumb is to go 1/2 inch past your goal in girth and length and you will settle down to your ideal size.

Can your BPFSL decrease from exessive stretching after a long break? Or did the break cause thid decrease?

I have never measured BPFSL so I cannot tell and I don't even bother myself about it. All that matters to me is bone pressed erect measurement and big flaccid hang

You should take that measurement today! FSBPL shows you the gains of the future. I would definitely take this measurement before any other length measurement. Length gains show up here first and are translated as time progresses.

FSBPL means Flaccid Side Bone Pressed Length?

Yes, people write it in different ways

BPFSL: Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length
FSBPL: Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Length
BPSFL: Bone Pressed Stretched Flaccid Length

They all mean the same

Alright, I'm going to get a ruler and take that measurement for sure.

It's my least favorite measurement to attempt but when I've done it the results are the same on back to back measurements. Don't need to worry about EQ so it is kind of easier in that regard.

I did the measurement today from the top and saw 7 inches length (Flaccid top measurement). I don't believe it has anything to do with my erect length because I'm sure I'm a bit over 7.5 inches when erect and when inside the hydromax X40, I get to the 8.5 inches mark. I'm able to 3 twist/rotation with the length master when doing bundled stretches and for you to do this you surely need to be around 7.75 inches in length. I'm very confused now.

When measuring did you press against your pubic bone and pull stretch as far as you can up the ruler? There is never a time when this measurement is less than your erect bp measurement. Measure again being sure to measure as I have stated, you are going to see more length than 7", you simply are not pushing and stretching hard enough.

The proper way to do this measurement is why I don't like it. You're pulling and pushing at the same time and it can be very uncomfortable.

It seems I need to pull harder and it feels uncomfortable for me. I will have to use the bathmate and see how high I can go length wise inside the pump. Because right now I feel quite discouraged but there is no going back.

The BM isn't fully accurate, just a guide. I managed to hit 6" in it last night yet by BPEL is 6.25".
