I can totally agree that manual stretching or LengthMaster stretching feels very different compared to an extender like the PhalloGenetics Mod.

I agree. Any kind of length work will also increase flaccid length. The best things to increase flaccid length are:

Phallosan, SizeGenetics or PhalloGenetics
Lazy Ass Stretching

Also reducing the fatpad and losing weight over all will help you with the flaccid size....when i push my fatpad back i gain like 2 inches of visual flaccid size...it's crazy

For some the fatpad is the last to go..you need to lose weight over all....count your calories...just eat healthy over all and do cardio ,the fat will disapear eventually.No sugar,no junk food..you know,clasic .

Edit: I must add that I still get my best stretches and fatigue from the LM.

*validation denied* if you wanted to pull from two direction you would be doing the dld duel stretch not the sizegenetics:p

Mine is coming back gradually. I will be getting rid of it from next month. Constant cardio is the key

I would say about 75% of fitness comes from the food we eat. Someone could lift weights, run, swim, row, climb etc. all they want but if they're eating shit sooner or later they'll look and feel like it too.

Lean meats, fish, healthy fats, lots of veggies, some fruits, and hardly any grains or sugars is how to do it. Good carb sources can be potatoes, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, and quinoa but carbs should be eaten in moderation. Also just eating less in general will help one lose fat.

Very true..cardio without a good diet it's pointless ( unless you run for 5 hours a day ).

Yes it is, I hate mine, I am missing so much dick:) I think I may have lost a bit of weight, I need to weigh myself, but I will do that tomorrow and report back. Last weight checked I was 221. I am hoping to be in the 215 area, well see.
 
The resistance you are referring to is the exact reason why DLD coined the reverse kegal. When executing properly you are bypassing all that resistance & getting nothing but pure stretch.

Edit: also if you are focusing on the RK + proper form your thoughts aren't wandering all over the place 😆
