To try to clear this up and help guys understand what and how to stretch different parts of the penis. We can break this down into 3 main areas of importance.
1. Ligamental gains
2. Tunica gains
3. Internal penile gains
1. Stretching the ligaments happens with all stretching regardless of position. Any pull on the penis will be taken up predominately by the ligaments. It is very effective and gains in this area come fastest.
2. Tunica stretching is much more difficult than any other stretching. The Tunica is only 5% elastic so stretching it is very difficult. The Tunica can be looked at as a sheath covering the entire penis under the dermal layer. It is kind of like a very dense rubber (profilatic) over the entire penis. It is believed that upward stretching effects the Tunica most as when the penis is in upward position little of the stretch is going to the ligaments and this puts much more stress on the dense Tunica. Other ways to effect the
Tunica is ballooning or edging, this is very useful as any expansion to the internal parts of the penis will greatly aid in breaking down the very dense Tunica. Beyond these exercises come the most effective ways to stretch the Tunica which would be constriction and squeeze exercises. The
Slow Squash Jelq is a perfect example of this, others would be Uli's, Horse 440's, etc. Anything that expands girth will effect the Tunica.
The
Bathmate will also bring extreme expansion which again, greatly effects the Tunica.
3. Internal Gains. If you trace a line from the base of your penis, on the underside, and move back into the body you will find a pot of gold! Many guys have as much as 7" of internal penis! When I was growing up I always though how nice it would be to have all this penis become visible, today that is possible! Making these gains requires a different method of stretching and this can be accomplished three ways. It is vital to know that these stretches will improve gains exponentially.
This type of stretching I dubbed as Expressive Stretching. The reason it is named this is because stretching in this manner expresses inner penis. The first method of Expressive Stretching came from the
PowerAssist which can be easily translated to the
LengthMaster. The Ring of the
PowerAssist can be firmly pressed against the base of your penis and all structures can be weaved through the ring (scrotum and penis). Once in this position the entire package can be stretched. It will become obvious how intense this is from one session. Users will quickly notice new penis appearing at the base.
Another method which is my favorite is
Bathmate Hardcore Stretches. The
Bathmate is brilliant with it's strong suction. Once the
Bathmate is attached to the penis and pressure is strong the user can pull the entire body of the
Bathmate away from the penis effectively pulling out and stretching internal penis. Again, after the first stretch this exercise becomes obvious to its strength and power.
Lastly, low point stretching will also aid in expressing new, internal penis. This is simply done by gripping at the lowest point on the shaft and pulling outward.
