Doing Girth Directly After Length To Stretch The Tunica?

Hey guys, new member here who has been doing PE for 5 months. I’ve been extremely thankful for this forum as basically everything I’ve learned about PE has come from here. My question is about doing girth work with the bathmate and slow squash jelqs after doing my length work (bundled stretching and hanging) to further stretch the Tunica.

I read in one thread that if your BPFSL is the same or less than your BPEL, that means your limiting factor is your tunica, not the amount of smooth muscle in your penis. If you’re trying to gain girth (which I am) Ideally, you want your BPFSL to be longer than your BPEL. My BPFSL is right at 7.9, but my BPEL is 8.1. i’ve been doing a ton of girth work but I’ve seen very little gains. I think this is because I need to stretch my tunica more to allow for the smooth muscle to expand inside the penis from my girth work. Right now my EQ is amazing, at least 9/10. But in using the bike tire analogy, I believe my tunica just isn’t allowing my penis to expand with more girth, until I can stretch the tunica more.

Because of that, I have been doing my girth work directly after my length work, when the Tunica is very fatigued. My thinking is that the girth work will stretch the Tunica more (like a balloon) which will add much more stress on it than if I separate my girth work out many hours later.

has anyone tried this method? And can you tell me if my thinking is correct here? Thanks!

This also sounds like a good method of expanding the tunica but I have found that bundle stretching, especially when you use a Lengthmaster, is the end all tunica destroyer! The Tunica is the biggest limiting factor in PE so whatever method you can add to bundles is only going to benefit you. Thank you for this post and I will give it a shot if I can get around to it.

Also, is the main advantage of the length master just that you can stretch with more force? And is it easier on the skin than hand stretching?

I have the silistretcher, MOSRED and bathmate but I’m thinking the lengthmaster might be my next needed addition.

The Lengthmaster should’ve been the very first decision??. As a matter of fact I think every single brother should own a Lengthmaster, there is no tool to compare it to! So much of what we do is manual so having a device that you can use both hands to stretch doing rotaries, bundles, rolls and every other type of stretch kicks ass.

well good then, because mine arrives Monday! I’m excited to put this bad boy to use and give this stubborn tunica the stretching it needs to speed up these girth gains. I’ve gained .25 girth in 10 weeks which isn’t bad at all. But I’m still in the newbie gains stage so I expect that to slow down as time goes on. The Lengthmaster should help me keep this pace going ??

I always hit length before girth following tge same logic. I understamd that the ligs might get more of a work out after girth (if you're completely spent...) but I always thought that L before G would be best for CC expansion. I agree with DLD re: bundles, but why not both? Can't hurt, and I seem to be getting gains from it. Of course, there's no way of knowing whether I'd be getting more from G before L at this point in time but I might switch it up in the future.

Tunica

Thanks for the routine DLD! Couple of questions.

1. When you say “choose 4 exercises you like for fulcrum stretches” I’m not entirely sure what you mean. can you give me some suggestions?

2. I’ve never been able to understand bathmate hardcore stretches. I can pump that sucker as hard as it will go to the point that my dick hurts, but if I try to stretch my cock left, right, up or down with it, the seal starts to break and let air in well before I can feel a stretch. Can you advise exactly how these are done in order to not break the seal?

3. it’s not very easy for me to get a good erection by myself. Because I don’t watch ����, I can get one but it doesn’t last very long. So erect stretching is never really an option for me, because I feel like I need to spend those precious few seconds or I could have a decent erection to be doing SSJ’s instead. can I make up for my lack of ability to do erect stretching with more expressive stretching?

4. Are bundled fulcrum stretches more effective than straight bundled stretches? How should I split up my bundled stretching between those two?

3. Erect stretches do not need to be 100%, as low as 80% will do. There is no exercise that would close that gap similar to this.

4. Go straight bundled, there’s no need to add fulcrum as it will only interfere with the stretch.

Thanks man, I have a progress log but I haven't updated for a few weeks but I started with basic stretches and some full package and erect stretches. Then I added the BM twice a day along with bundled stretches. Then I reduced the basic stretches to around one half to one full session a day and carried out quite intense full package once every couple of days but kept the 2x BM as spare time became more limited. I'm now down to one BM, a quick basic tug here and the but kept the intense full package every couple of days as I think that (expressing) is where my best shot of gains lie. Although my BM time is reduced, I've upped the intensity by using two Cock Rings in the cylinder. Whilst I preach consistency and believe in it, time (my third daughter was born at the beginning of the month.) just doesn't allow me to keep to the same program and have to keep upping the intensity as my session length and quantity reduces. I'm still hopeful I'll have some sort of gains to post come month end though. I'll try to keep my log up to date next month and try to provide some kind of recap.

Thanks for the writeup. I just found your progress thread and read through most of it. Very impressive gains! I'm inspired to keep hitting my BM hard as well.

I saw you mention doing the 5x5x3 many times, but I didn't see anywhere that you listed your BM routines. You said you usually did it twice a day. For about how long and how many reps? If I go twice a day I'll usually do 3 sets of 5 minutes with a 1 minute rest in between. Is that similar to what you do? Or do you perform SSJ's in both your daily BM sessions?
 
I used to do 2 sessions of 5x5x3 with SSJ supersets but I then moved to longer sets, so 8x5x3 for instance. I then reduced the time in the cylinder but increased the sets e.g. 3x3x8 etc and this seemed to work better for me. I've dropped the SSJ's this month so I'm working a 5x8 ish once a day mixing it up with 1, 2 and no cock ring depending on my mood. I get max expansion very quickly with no need for SSJ but I'm seeing a lot of Fluid Retention, this suits me though as I have less time and don't need to be ready for a second session in the day. I continue to wear two cock rings for around 40 mins after the session and then go with one for a few hours more. It will be interesting to see if tge gains keep coming.

Yes, it will. Keep your progress log updated on that if you can. We always think that more is more, but sometimes guys will gain from backing off, so that’s always nice to see.
I can’t believe you were doing the 5x5x3 twice a day ? you’re a fucking animal man. My dick would be covered in bruises from that. I actually got a huge bruise from my 5x5x3 session last night so I’m just gonna be doing BM solo today. I’ve read other guys have crazy gains from doing like 6x6 two to three sessions per day. But that would be too risky on the discoloration for me. Thank God for the MOSRed!

it was a bit tough on him to start with, but he got used to it. As to discolouration, I think I'm lucky in that regard.When I first started I got plenty of bruising, edema and spotting (burst capillaries?) which equalled along with SSJ's, a bit of brown discolouration, but it settles quite quickly after a few days rest. There is a slight mottling, like subtle freckles that take longer to fade but I seem to be naturally predisposed to dealing with discolouration.

I can't thank you enough for introducing me to bundled stretches. My flaccid stretched length is 9 inches and my bone pressed erect length is 8.25 inches. So, if we go by what the guy who created this thread is saying, I'm good to go when it comes to gaining girth.
