what r all of the ways to help w/ premature ejac? ive checked out some ways but need something that would be effective for me. any links or anything would be appreciated

Work on Kegel's it allows you to have a lot more control.

KEGEL:

Kegels, are the repeated crunching of the BC muscle, the muscle that can halt the flow of urine mid stream. They are used to increase the hardness of erections, they do not in themselves provide for permanent penis enlargement but having a well trained muscle is essential for many penis enlargement exercises, and they will help directly with sexual performance.
 
I also have a problem with premature ejaculation and have been on the newbie routine for about a month. I do between 200 and 400 kegels a day, but do not understand how this will prolong ejaculation. do you do kegals during sex? Is this something that will take lots of time to see a difference like, pe.
 
The kegels thing does not work for me,it makes me nut faster. It must be different depending on the person becuz I hear so many people say squeezing the kegel works. But for me if I relax the kegel muscle and better yet do the reverse kegel where u use the same muscles u would use if u were trying to force piss out.

I have a sneaking suspision that Pre. ejc. is all in a persons head. I know that the first few times I am with a woman I might cum quicker i think due to nerves and thinking about trying not to cum quicker. But the more comfortable I get with her the longer I can go till I hit my average time of an hour or more. I have notice this on several occasions. Like with my current girlfriend, when we started dating I only later 15 mins tops. Now that we have been dating for quite a while we are more comfortable. Now even to the point where we are no longer embarrassed to pass gas lol . Now the sex averages around an hour or more. I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this. Maybe we all need to just relax and not worry about how we perform. But then again what do I know lol, I'm just a newbie here.
 
I've started to work on this problem at the source. I've found that you can delay cumming by "damming up" the source . . . at first I used formed wax plugs, but I quit being able to make ones large enough. I've moved up to small buttplugs, and they seem to work fine.
 
I have to agree with joe smith in many cases (that are not directly link to a real physical condition). I've heard alot of people have had luck with visualization exercises.

From what I understand, reverse kegels will help in delaying ejaculation. Kegels are done to strengthen the PC muscle but the actual "flexing" that is done during the exercise will cause you to ejaculate quicker. So what you want to do is to do a reverse kegel and that can help to prevent premature ejac. This is just from what I have gathered from reading a few posts on this forum. Also, you might want to try masturbating until you are close to ejaculating and then stopping, and doing this often. You can teach yourself to last longer. As far as the mental issue someone mentioned...I have no idea because I've never had the problem. If I feel like I'm gonna get off during sex I just slow down until it goes away. Hope this helps at all.

On the subject I got a program from a web site called MasterEjaculation.com a coupla days ago and it covers everything about how to overcome premature ejaculation, master your arousal, increase your sexual energy and have great sex. This program is proper

For me personally this is the only program i'll need to have me fucking like a pornstar in no time :) Now i just need a few months of pe to look like one.

I know, from my experience, that kegels done by themselves, without equal emphasis on reverse kegels,when done with too many reps with to much force and too little awareness , or without learning to master your arousal is a very effective method to induce prem ejac.

They may give you a steel pipe, but it's myth that they prevent prem ejac, it's bullshit imho. The main reason, other then to strengthen erection is to seperate ejaculation from orgasm and have multiple orgasms.


I'm certain that over the next coupla months of following the program that anything to do with cumming to quick ever again or not being able to fuck for as long as want will be a distance memory.
 
i suffered from premature ejaculation practise while masterbating right before you feel like cumming squeeze as hard as you can for about 20 secs slowly letting go afterward if it dont work do 20 sec kegel holds about 10 throughout the day it takes some time to learn but at first you wil notice precum it might be quite abit sometimes thats because when you do a kegel you massage the prostate so releaseing the precum will actually make you lose the urge some and you can control how long you last if you practise, try not to cum though.

I thought this was true until just a minute ago!!! I am so excited I just had to post this!! I used to believe that squeezing the PC muscle--no matter how hard would only serve to enhance the orgasm, yet lead to a quicker orgasm....this is not true!! I was sitting at my computer edging and had the urge to cum but fought with all my might to squeeze it off...and I did!!! It was the most amazing feeling (like an orgasm with a feeling of triumph) second only to giving your gf a money shot!! It took several months of daily PC muscle fitness, but practice those 2 minute holds along with the 1 second and 5 second holds and you will also experience the ability to hold it off!!! I'm so excited, I'm gonna find my girlfriend right now and see if I can do it again!!!!!

There are lots of beniefits having a strong pc muscle to stop your self coming or stop the urge. I've used that method for about a year now, when i'm edging, and i can go right up to the point of having an orgasm without coming, and then carrying on edging for however long, as long i have been practising kegels around the time.

But still though, when i'm getting some really good action or knocking one out over some quality ���� i still get the urge to shoot quicker than i use to, before doing pc exercises. I just wanna know if other guys get the same thing.

Has the amount of time you need to come increased or decreased since you've been practising kegels?

Just out of curiousity, has doing kegels effected your staying power in a 'live' situation with your girl, if you've tried it yet Gold?
 
i can pretty much control my ejaculation took a while to figurer out but i got there. i found kegels work whether its reverse or normal kegel for prolong ejaculation (kegel works a hole lot better tho).they got to be combined with deep breathing . I noticed I used to hardly ever breath at all ,just very quick short breaths during sex and a lil me time .When I started to combined deep breathing and very deep breathing combined with holding kegels for a few sec when am close very close to cuming has worked real good for me. I been studding a bit of Tantra , there premature ejac exercises basically teach the same thing.Has any one else noticed that when the pc muscel starts to spasm while ,after or during kelgels ,deep breathing helps a lot to relax it and gain control again?
