hello there,

i am new here just got my account today have purchased the maximum gain package so hoping it will help, but just like the title says i have done it all and i have no gains what so ever, back in november of 2012 i bought a Bathmate and have been using it ever since until now with a couple 1 month break here and there, last year in july i have gotten lengthing surgery from DR.K out in san diego, ca so he cut my ligaments, after surgery i started hanging with the grip system which sucked it hurt so bad and i can only do 8 pounds for 20 mins at a time, i have also gotten 6 kenelog shots cause i was having no gains, and after the doctor told me i needed to hang more weight, so i purchased the lg hanger in november and have been hanging with that every since, i hand about 13 pounds for 2 to 3 hours, i bought a sizegenetics a month ago and have been using that every day since, not only thta but i also been injecting igf1 des every other day at the base of the penis on both sides, and mgf in the days im not injecting igf, this has been going on for 2 months now and I HAVE NOTHING, NOT ONE BIT OF GAIN!!! not in length or girth, nothing, i started at 6.25 inches erect length and 5.5 inches in girth erect and my flaccid length is 4.5 till today i have the same gains. i have never done manual pe before or the extender cause the doctor told me its a waste of time and money cause i needed to hang very heavy weight to pull my inner penis out now that i have no more legiments. well here i am at your guys mercy, i am desperate at this point and willing to do anything, i know i have a normal penis and have never gotten complaints but im a bigger guy, i am 6'2 ft and 275 pounds so it looks smaller for my body, im a body builder and dont have alot of fat, i eat very healthy and i go balls to the wall at the gym so my only thought is that im over doing something. i do cycle on and off of steriods which i dont know if that makes a diffrence, but i was off for like 8 months and have recently gotten back on and went up 20 pounds in weight in a couple of weeks but im still the same down there. can anyone please help me??? i dont know what else to do. i recently about a week ago started manual pe, but dont know if i should do the beginners routine or what?

yes thats pretty much my last hope, my only worry is over doing it or not doing enough, i have done the Bathmate since november of 2012 till now, and i have done sessions of 20 mins straight or 5 on and then take a break and another 5mins on and so on, but havent gotten any results with either. i started jelqing last week and the hand streching i just dont know if i should start a beginners routine or a higher level one considering i have been hanging everyday 2 to 3 hours since last july. i am also really lost at the fact that i didnt gain any length from the surgery if my ligaments arent there anymore nor is scar tissue my penis should've come out alot easier. but i didnt gain anything in length not even in flaccid which thats the least people say they get from surgery.

my main focus is length thats all i want after the crazy amount of money i already have blown away i would honestly be happy with a half inch gain, my doctor after surgery said i had a inch and a half inside of me that can come out and i can gain easily......well im still waiting lol

I'll take a stab at it in the form of an analogy: 'I wanted to make some soup, so I got pyrexware, and a high pressure cooker, and an old pot over a fire, and began putting every possible ingredient into one pot, and then the other, then the other, .. potatoes, ham, chicken, carrots, honey, curry, venison, strawberries, coconut milk, cucumber, beef, fish, rabbit, cilantro, chick peas, grapefruit, cherimoya, tree bark, chewing gum, dirt off the ground, I'd cook it on high .. but then lift the lid every two minutes to look at it and/or put it into another pot. It never seems to get done, and it tastes awful. So weird.'

What I'd advise: Stop doing girth immediately. And also stop doing everything else too.

Read up here about the application of topicals for healing (and the dissolving of keloid scarring) involving the use of diluted DMSO, etc. Someone can probably post a link to recent threads on it. [Lil help? ..]

Take time off from all PE, .. weeks if not months .. , while performing very simple light massage and applying healing salves. DMSO can break-up your scarring. Read up or youtube on how to use it properly, regarding skin contaminants. I'd also suggest ingesting proteolytics such as Bromelain and Papain, ... and Liposomal Vitamin C at 4 to 6 grams/day, ... and Stabilized R Alpha Lipoic Acid. (Stabi R like I said, not the weaker normal stuff.)

You 'can't get there from here'. You're running to stand still.

Deconstruct and heal for a while ..

Then when you get back to PE, work your way up slowly into light manual jelquing sets (for tissue pre-fatigue) and then afterwards use a 'medical-style' (light pull, they go to about 2.5 lbs of force) stretcher --that your surgeon Should have recommended, if not provided, -- and wear that for as many hours per day that (1) doesn't cause any undue coldness or colorchange to your glans, and (2) doesn't negatively affect your social life .. cause it's not worth all that.

I had the exact same body-scale issues for the same reasons (powerlifter not bodybuilder) and similar starting stats .. which are decent and perfectly dangerous :p .. the majority of your size 'problem' is just an opinion based on aesthetics - an Adonis complex for the penis, not on real-world encounter data. Don't let it get in your head, don't try to be in a hurry. All of that is very counterproductive.
 
hey thanx a bunch for your response, are you referring to the autosleeve that you put on after hanging during the day? i do have that and have used it before. do you really think its necesary to take MONTHS OFF? i havent gotten any of the signs of over training like cold penis or shriveled up
 
As in bodybuilding, the keys to making your penis bigger are intensity and consistency. I really believe hanging will be the best way to go for you. You have to commit to it for the long haul. The penis is harder to make grow than a muscle. Bib makes the best hangers there is. A lot of guys have had to work up to 20 lbs or more before they started gaining. If time is an issue, check out hardcore hanging in the hangers forum. Its like the heavy duty of PE. Check out Bib's forum and his hangers. One more thing, I know it is hard to give up weight and size but it will definitely make your penis look bigger. Just imagine how much smaller __________'s penis would look if he were your size.

yes I think you're right I just ordered myself a bib and I did the lot test and I have a higher lot so I will be hanging BTC and hopefully being able to do more weight what I wanted to ask is if you guys think I should incorporate manual as well if so what kind? Thanks again guys
 
Not if you are hanging regularly. You may want to jelq a little between hanging sets and stretch when you take a piss but don't do a full manual routine.
 
Miami: What daily supplements are you currently taking? Are you giving your penis any type of nurisHydromaxent? You may have a sub-par circulatory system; due to weight,etc. Idk

as far as supplements, i take multivitamins, fish oil, i take my pre workout which has NOS and creatine, i take protein, and i also Largenine.my diet is very healthy as well and i make sure to sleep at least 8 hours everyday. what is a good way of healing the penis? and im assuming i should ne warming up and warming down before and after mi hanging right?

I'm wondering if you got to 6.25 inches through the surgery you did. Reading all you did to make gains and still didn't gain anything is strange. I blame it on the surgery.
