Can you guys tell me if I can wear the phallogenetics at max tension for 1hour and also will I be able to adjust the extension every 30minutes?

That should not be a problem, I do think that everyone using this mod should readjust tension at least every hour but 30 minutes would be better. The thing is with this set up, just like when these tools are used alone, tension can slip over time and become less of a solid stretch. Getting in there and readjusting will definitely bring gains quicker.
 
To get rid of the PF pump I'd try to use a one way quick disconnect valve as used on the Joel Kaplan pumps. The female valve would go on the bell. Then you would use the male end attatched with a piece of clear hose & use mouth pressure in place of the pump. You're only going to suck out air so don't think it's gay! Have a spare male hose set up so if it's discovered at work you can say" I found this, wtf is it?" Lol
 
how did he attach the PF to SG ??? i coudnt see anything attatched to the PF....can soemone please explain with a pic ???
 
pogzee the easiest way is to take some steelwire and put around the bottleneck of the bell and then through the sg bracket.

i use the silicone tube of the Sg itself and it works fine for me......
plus i would prefer a thick cotton thread inplace of steelwire
 
well steelwire in the right thickness gives a perfect grip in the bell and makes it easy to setup. i tried a thread. and the silicon and i wasnt impresssed.

but it is all down to each individual taste :)
