It might be some extender study, I do not know, but we are all different in anatomy and structure. No one will gain the same as the other even if he does the exact same exercises with the same intensity. I believe it is a mark where results should be expected, but I do not believe there is a certain number of gains are must be achieved after hitting that mark.
