I will try my best to describe how I keep these on. First of these are the products I use to keep the weights on:
-A Woman’s all cloth head band (found at Wal-Mart) but any soft stretchy piece of cloth will do it measure. I cut the headband so that it is some long strip of cloth (roughly 12" long and 1" wide)
-A Velcro cable management strap. Pick one that is 12" that way you have enough for a secure contact.

Now how I put these on:
-First, I cover my penis with baby powder to prevent pinching and pulling. This is no a necessary step at all but I do it cause I try and make it as comfortable as possible for me.
-Second, I fold the cloth in half so that it is ½” wide. (I do this after the baby powder so that some one the powder from my hand gets on the cloth for added comfort.
-Third, I slide the rings on
-Fourth, while pressing the ring against my pubic bone I stretch the penis out and then wrap the cloth right after the rings or in other words as far from the head of my penis as possible.
-Fifth, take the Velcro strap and tighten it around the cloth and secure t he Velcro. (Be careful not to pull too tight to where you are cutting of circulation.)
So there you go. Nice, easy, very secure, and quickly goes on and off. I can now get this on in about a minute.
So now when the weights hang they will pull the skin in front of the wrap forward. I do this so that there is a “cushion” of sorts. I figured this after trying different wrapping techniques the first few days. This was the most comfortable and allowed me to wear them the longest.
