So one month into my mini routine and I have made no gains. Possibly i slight gain in girth around my head, but I'm not sure.

However, I do have much softer erections now and it takes about 30 seconds to get soft again whereas I used to randomly get hard and it would stay for real long. So it seems as if the supra slammers maybe did some damage to my erection quality?

Im only 20 years old, and shouldn't have mental issues in terms of my erections. Im a bit concerned as I don't want to go soft in between sex.

However, my stamina has doubled I'm able to last a lot longer in bed now I don't know what this is, I've been doing supra slammmers for about a month.



I think it's time to do the newbie stretches and get myself a power Jelq for the summer.

0.5 inch in length and about 0.25 in girth would change my world and confidence totally.
 
JUST DONT GIVE UP!!! I've never done a slammer, so I cant give you my two cents on them. But, try clamping, if you dont want to try that, do blasters, and other anytime/anyplace intense techniques. Also, DONT FORGET TO KEGEL all day. At work, driving, or ect.
 
Ok well you're only one month into it. Maybe keep going with your routine for another month or two before you give up on it.

Are you sure you haven't gained at all? Even atleast a 1cm here and there?

Also if you're doing intense girthwork all of the time then and experiencing poor E.Q then it's from fatigue,and..

1. You wont be able to get an accurate measurment because you're not becoming 100% erect. You may have gained but can't get hard enough to notice.

2. Don't kill your dick p.e is not a 100 meter dash it's a marathon where it takes a while to gain.

3. You SHOULD be concerned because it's your dick on the line.

4. Id take a couple of days hard and wait untill my E.Q comes back to normal then slowly move into p.e again.

5. Everytime you lose e.q , it's a p.i that you have overtrainedand a rest day is needed.

Look at it like this. why would anyone want to p.e when their dick isn't functioning at 100%.

Yeah, I'm gonna stop girth work for a couple weeks and just do some basic stretching and see how things go.

I do love my increased stamina, I can literally last twice as long I hope i dont lose this effect.
 
I also believe the Supra slammers are a bit intense for you, a beginner. That could be what's causing the decrease in your erection quality; your penis might not be acclimated enough to the intense girth work.

If I remember correctly, you wanted quick gains in length and girth and we just told you to stick to girth...

Well, on that note, they won't do much for your erection length, but DLDs lazy ass stretches will really help your flaccid, so that might be something to try.
 
Well, I thought things over, the gf is a virgin so first time I guess I wont need too much meat.

I think it'll be a while before we go at it again for a 2nd time anyway.

So now I'm looking to put on about .5 in length and about .25 in girth.

I think I'm gonna just do stretches 3 days on 1 day off. Hopefully that will do something.

Jelqing with my foreskin is really hard, so I'm trying to find some kind of alternate to it, I end up just pulling my skin forward.
 
I'll henceforth refrain from meat jokes on this thread even though it will be really hard...
 
best advice i can give you: stay dedicated, stay motivated.
 
One of the most impressive gains for me came after taking a full 5 days off. I didnt do anything.
A week later I jelged and was an 1/8th inch bigger in length.

Sounds to me like you are doing to much.

Hell i started at about 10mins jelg for the first two weeks.

im still only doing 20 to 30 mins.

If it were me I would stop everything for 7 to 10 days. Make sure your all rested and healed-up.

Then go for a basic 10 to 15 min. jelg.

You might be surprised. I think sometimes gains are late to show as you heal.
