I started clamping month ago,so far i have seen some gains,but not as much as i expected.Have downloaded REDZULUs constrictor guide,and followed his manual for newbies.I must say i am not a newbie in Penis Enlargement,just in clamping.My question is:My preexercise girth is around 5,and postexercise is near 6 inch,is this OK?
I also feel that i can go even beyond 6 inches during workout,should i do it,or should i stop, becose its dangerous .I have a donut effect after each session for a something like 5-6 hours,also i am on a routine 2 days on 1 day off.I am afraid to go beyond 6 inches,so what shoul i do!

If you have a donut effect then you are doing enough. NO need to push it any further. And yes after workout of 6 is ok. I strive to gain at least a 1/2 inch in each clamp session. Gaining anything, even with clamping just takes time and repetition.

I have found alot of benefit to all day clamping. You basically just loosen the clamp a little bit so you get decent blood flow but the blood that flows in takes longer to flow out. This will then increase your girth. Especially flaccid.
 
Unfortunately, I never found the ADC to suit me when I was hardcore into constrictors. I got a ton of fluid buildup during the session, and leaving the clamp on would just multiply this for like 8-12 hours, to the point where I could feel my 'actual' penis under the fluid was actually smaller than normal. My opinion on clamping is that it makes a good addition to a solid jelq/squeeze routine and should only be made primary when jelqing ceases to give you reasonable gains.

P.S. The one month I did do primarily clamping though I gained 3/8" in girth. I also lost 50% penile fitness.
 
wow... can red comment on this? alloy, im not sure i agree with all that... clamping works on the same principle as jelqs/ulis/squeezes so i dont see why it would damage fitness.
 
I didn't mean to leave the impression that clamping was a bad idea or unhealthy if done properly. For me it did, and it was probably more the amount of work I put my penis through everyday that had the effect on my fitness. With a clamp, it is very easy to get over-zealous when you see the engorgement and push for just a little more, therefore resulting in overtraining. I also think people tend to push the importance of the jelq to the side when they start on a clamping routine. This can be very counter-productive.

Though Uli's and Squeezes are similar to clamping, I don't agree that jelqing is along the same principle.

I'll also admit that I did light-heavy constrictor work for three months before I ever started jelqing and it gave me HUGE gains, but when I was finally *able* to start a good jelq routine my penile fitness improved tenfold. I am known to sometime throw on a clamp towards the end of a routine also. I'm not out to give clamping a bad name - a lot of people seem to really dig it.

I'd be happy to post my routines from the peak of my clamp days and my current routine if that will give any clarification.
 
well i was a little confused by your comments about fluid buildup... i tend to think that a workout is going well once that feeling of having a fluffy layer between my skin and, as you call it, my 'actual penis'. you're saying it makes the real thing smaller?

i made a thread about the importance of jelqing (questioning it)... tell me what's different. cos for me, all i know is that my hands wear out too fast and it doesnt feel nearly as intense as clamping.
 
The fluid build-up can be confusing when measuring the engorgement you've gotten. It's hard to tell how much the internal bodies actually expanded. When I said my penis felt smaller, it was the product of the workout - I don't know that the fluid made it smaller. And the (percieved?) decrease in size wasn't permanent - again just the product of the workout.

There's no doubt clamping is intense. I went for the ultra intense feeling before as well because I thought that was going to be the only way to make the fastest gains. If I could still get an erection at the end of my workout I kept going. What's unfortunate about an exercise that intense is how easy it is to overtrain.

I squeezed and uli'd so hard in my constrictor days that I think my hands and arms got a lot stronger. I have no problem jelqing for long periods of times. I jelq at 100% and granted it doesn't feel as intense as clamping, it gets the job done very efficiently. I also do 2 Uli's and 2 Bends (30 seconds each) every 4-5 minutes and thats every bit as intense as it ever was clamping. I also top off my workout with 10 minutes of squeezes/bends or clamping with squeezes/bends. Technique plays a big role. I get a full .5" engorgement after a workout and none of it is fluid. I also hang quite large for some time and none of it is fluid. And the gains are growing FAST.

The importance of jelqing is that not only is it one of the best exercises for growth, penile fitness is thoroughly increased. I'm not an expert, but I have heard plaque in the blood vessels is worked out. Bloodflow is improved, even at a level optimal to squeeze exercises. I find my erections are much harder and frequent with a high amount of jelqs in my routine.

I'm not trying to instigate a battle between clamp enthusists and jelq enthusists. Both are wonderful, but one I've gotten a lot better results with.
 
Hydromaxm... yeah i get up to 6" after a good workout but i guess a lot of it is fluid after all... so what was your actual routine for gaining that inch in girth? how long did you do it? i've gained about .25" in 6 weeks doing clamping.
 
I dont think it is fluid,because at the and of the day i measure 0.25 inch above my normal EG.And i have a question is this bad for gains to have fluided penis,and what is the difference between it and the one not fluided(or is there any_?)

I think that body responds on high presure by inputing fluid into chambers,for decompresion of cells.It would be bad for them to shrink to previous state at once,or very short after a session.What MODs think of this!!??
 
My actual routine was hard squeezes at a base mostly(similar to clamping) until i reach almost point of pain than hold in this position for 30 sec.Slow Jelqs with one hand while with other one i do squeeze at a base but not as hard as the one above.It takes me 3-5 sec to reach to mid shaft because i cant move jelqing hand more up the shaft.Iam feeling pain if i do it.I do this for an hour(i am not shure if this is good).This is how i get from 5 to 6 inches(very intense presure for a prolonged period of workout)
