I have been gone a while,but I have made my way back to the forum. Looking to gain some length. My plan is 30 minutes of various expressive stretches In the morning, uncle Jim's wrap all day, then DLD newbie routine for length at night. I have the size genetics and I recently bought the phallosan forte. I can wear neither at work due to lack of concealment. Tried wearing the PF last night during sleep and I could never fall asleep. The PF is very comfortable though. I'm just a light sleeper. I have made some small erect length gains over time I believe. Just been doing rotary stretches after sex or masturbation for a while. Measured last night at 7.25 BPEL and 6.5 NBPEL. Goal is an inch gain in BPEL and NBPEL. Do you guys think this is achievable with the above mentioned routine? I might could get 2-3 hours of PF use every day. But that might not even be enough to help any.
 
The routine sounds good,uncle jim's wrap will help you gain flacid length..the best thing you can do is to wear the extender after length work . That way you will heal in that expanded position...if you could wear it for a few hours after the length work it will be awesome.
 
The Newbie Routine is a smart routine in two ways, as a beginner it will educate while bringing gains but as a veteran, it is the best way to reintroduce yourself to PE. The actual length portion of the Newbie Routine is a big parts of the the SRT routine for one simple fact, it addresses every possible angle of gain. I like the idea of working some of your own modifications into the mix. I hope you get more use out of your SG and Phallosan.
 
Tried to combine the PF and SG last night. I couldn't keep suction in the bell of the PF and kept slipping out. Seems like several members on here have that problem. Any suggestions? I'm gonna try to use my AutoXleeve (ADS) in place of the rubber piece that fits around the bottom of the bell on the PF. I think I saw another member do that for his Phallogenetics setup.
 
Scratch that. I figured out the Phallogenetics setup last night. It's amazing. All is well now :)

Now log some serious hours and get those length gains! So happy you figured it out.
 
Thanks for the kind words DLD! I was able to wear my Phallosan Forte all night while I slept last night. And now that I can do the Phallogenetics and I'm stretching twice a day and using Uncle Jim's Strap all day, I'm thinking of starting another new length routine thread in the routine section of the forum.
 
I think what most members are missing out the fact that bathmate is not only a girth tool but it can be used as a great length tool as well. When we stretch our dicks so hard, the inner penis also becomes longer and we should expose this inner elongated penis to SEE the true gains. Bm stretches are the most effective way to accomplish this. Also the whole package pumping using bigger bm models does the same. If anyone wants rapid and VISIBLE gains, they should consider using bm. That's just what I felt as I see my whole package is more defined now just after using bm for whole package pumping for 4 days in a row now
 
Thanks DreamDick. I do have a Bathmate and I will take your advice on the bathmate stretches. I have done them in the past and I remember it being a great stretch

If 30 mins is all the time you have for length work, what you need is a length master. You can buy the device and apply for my coaching service. Gaining that needed 1 inch is very easy.
