Hello all, and may I say what an impressive forum for Penis Enlargement! I've been to a few others, but there's some great info here, consistency, and a general positive attitude to it all! Just what I need :)

My erect size is 7 BPenis EnlargementL with 5.3" girth. My wife, a small filipina, is very happy with what I have and we have such a great sex life. But of course I'm looking for a little more, as I'm curious to see if this will improve matters and to also give her more to react too when I pull it out :D

I workout everyday with the odd 1 day break, once a week usually. My routine is:

- Warm up in shower for 10 minutes while stretching out, up and down for up to 30 seconds each pull.
Total of 10 minutes stretching

- 300 wet jelqs with shower gel, 2-second jelqs. (I find the gel is a great lubricant for milking the penis, and starts to dry up just enough to get a half-dry/half-wet jelq going towards the end.

- Warm down, minor clamps and helicopter shakes to try and trap blood for flaccid pump.

My main questions are:

- When I am in the middle of jelqing, usually it's a good session, a nice pump all the way, particular if my erection level is about 70% and upwards. I don't go above about 85%. But sometimes I am not feeling the pump. Usually I don't get random erections, but alot if I am sleepy/half asleep (noctural perhaps?). I am just wondering if you have any hints to keep the pump going, as the pump seems to sometimes slowly dissipate halfway through the workout, where other times it's perfect.

- MY GOAL IS A BIGGER FLACCID, with some small erect gains! My flaccid is only 3 inches, and sometimes is up to about 5 on a good warm day. I mean for example, last night I had a GREAT session, my cock was pumped for a long time afterward, but today in the COLD weather (we're talking 5 degrees celcius!) my cock was shrivelled back to about 1.5-2" flaccid, and this was disconcerting to say the least! Any advice on how to focus on flaccid gains is much appreciated!

But I am loving the positive of having a stronger, ANGRIER looking erection with my consistent routine. I am just wondering, should I be taking more rest days? I actually took one tonight to see how my penis would bounce back. Anyone feel free to chime in on any ideas that worked for you!

From my own experience, there's not really a way to focus mainly on flaccid gains. If you make your penis bigger, it's bigger period. You could try looking into a fitted cock ring for wear during the day which would hold more blood in the penis while allowing proper blood flow. Just slows the outflow some and therefor, makes your flaccid appear larger while wearing it. I don't think it will ever make your flaccid permanently larger (I've worn one daily for months with no results FROM THE RING ITSELF). However, a ring would help with appearance at least. How the penis reacts to body and outside temperature changes is how the penis is designed to react and there's not a whole lot you can do about that. I'm around 5x5.5 when flaccid and if my penis gets cold, it still shrinks quite a bit and enough to make it look ''small''. I understand the pre occupation many men have with flaccid ''size'', but erect is where it's at.

How long have you been doing Penis Enlargement? There's nothing wrong with doing it daily contrary to what some may try to tell you. The penis is mostly skin after all and to stretch skin effectively, you need to do so daily and not allow it to ''rest and recover'' (and have time to build back tougher and harder to stretch btw). I only take a day off when I'm either too sore to Penis Enlargement for some reason, life gets in the way, or my erection quality is suffering for some reason...which is quite rare.
 
Thanks for your reply! I'm interested to get to know the routines of others, their thoughts on what help gains and how many rest days. I feel the intensity is right for me at the moment. I could throw in a few more Jelqs and possibly more regular stretching (one session in the AM as well). I will be working out again tonight. I am comfortable with manual exercises, as devices seem too risky for me to try!

What are your progressive gains and typical routine?

Well, unlike many I won't waste your time bull shitting you. I've rarely had a ''typical'' routine. My first few months I jelqed mainly, 30 minutes or so a day. I then learned of hanging weights. Got into that a little at a time and was eventually hanging for several hours a day, 5 days a week. I've done and tried so many different things over the years, I can't recall it all, honestly. I started around 5'' non bone pressed erect and 5'' shaft girth erect. I'm currently 7'' non bp and 6.25'' shaft girth. Been back at Penis Enlargement off and on for the last year or so after around 3 years off.
I have of course gained the best when I've been consistent. Life often gets in the way, as do the occasional reality checks. ;) I'm currently on a girth only routine as that is all I want anymore, and that is posted in the experimental Penis Enlargement forum.
